Luxurious Townhome Nestled in the Woods w/Large Deck
This spacious and well appointed 3br 2.5ba offers a fireplace as well as a deck with a firepit and grill. There is also a 2 car heated garage with parking allowed for an additional 1 vehicle in front of the garage for a total parking space of 3 vehicles. This unit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Wildernest subdivision of Silverthorne. A spacious Great Room in each unit features ample plush seating, a 50 inch Smart TV (no Cable), and a gas fireplace. Appointed with a suite of full-size appliances and a broad spectrum of cookware, this well equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. The dining room table offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. The mountain-view master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms one featuring a queen bed, the other featuring a queen over queen bunk bed n the lower level, while the guest bathroom between them is configured with a tub/shower combination. Another half bath on the main level provides added convenience. After fun-filled days on the slopes, gather around the gas fire pit found on the deck or inside. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (two in the heated garage and one in the driveway). Please note that this rental does not have air-conditioning and is only accessible via a small set of steps. Enjoy 5 of Colorado's most prominent ski resorts within a 30 minute drive: Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Loveland Ski Area, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Keystone Ski Resort. During the Summer months there are activities for every adventure seeker on Lake Dillon and the Surrounding High Alpine environment. This town home is a short drive to everything you need, Grocery Stores, Shops, Restaurants, Hiking Trails and Ski Resorts. This property has a companion unit that can be combined for a total of 6 bedrooms if you need more space.
