Property was very clean and nice. Was disappointing to find out that One Ski Hill front desk says " we can't help you with anything, we do not contract with the owner". Even after the fire alarms went off at 7 am on Sunday, We were not able to get any help from the front desk and said unless there is a fire, call the property management. This was on Sunday, so that took forever to get a response. Called the emergency line and said to leave a message. With fire alarms going off, we packed up and left! Only allowed 1 parking spot on the property with a 3 bedroom unit. I like the property but because of all the issues that One Ski Hill said we are not involved. Probably will not stay again.

Location is VERY conveniently located near Peak 8 activities as well as the free gondola down to Main Street. We had to drive down for dinner each evening since the gondola closes at 4:30 but street parking is decently easy to find and affordable on and around Main Street. Property was clean, safe, maintained and quiet since it was summer time. A great place for families or groups. We really appreciated having a covered garage to park in and the luggage carts available for loading & unloading. Host communicated well and check-in & out instructions were easy to follow. They also alerted us to power outages in the area during our stay even though we were thankfully not affected. We would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. This is a best in class place to stay and the customer service was the best. 100/10 will stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

My family had a great time! The condo was very nice and the location was perfect! The non-skiers were able to stand in the living room or on the balcony and see the rest of us coming down the slopes and getting on to the lift! The amenities of the resort were amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again!

LOOOOOVED location on peak 8 with easy access to both mountain summer activities and Main Street. Apartment was perfect for family gathering.

We had the most wonderful stay! The property was just perfect. It had all the amenities we needed and the management was top notch when we needed anything at all. Would love to stay again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the unit. The beds were super comfortable. The front bedroom was cold, but the space heaters warmed everything up nicely. We will look to stay here when coming back to Breck.

Best Location in Breck with ski in ski out

Lovely place, spacious and very accommodating. Ski Valet is amazing. Service of the staff of the hotel amazing. Expensive but we had booked at the last minute.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat this location with amenities like ski valet, pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, steam room, dry sauna, gym, bowling and more.
