The Space:
Spacious, functional apartment, completely refurbished in 2025! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

In fact, the apartment has two Queen-size beds for two people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and a sitting area with TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a first bedroom with a single sofa bed and a Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- storage space,
- a bathroom with bath and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
