The epitome of Rocky Mountain grace and luxury, Telluride’s Peak is an aptly named box canyon home located on the coveted Sunnyside of town. With elegance and style to spare, this stunning oasis boasts four bedrooms and 2,000 square feet of flawless living space— plus exceptional views, lots of convenient extras, and even a hot tub to soak all of your cares away.

The immaculate curb appeal of Telluride's Peak features not one but two sunny outdoor spaces. From the welcoming porch, the front door opens to reveal a cozy FOYER with bench seating and a spacious, built-in STORAGE CLOSET. In the LIVING AREA, a cream-colored sofa and two jewel-toned armchairs face the modern, electric fireplace and large HDTV. Double glass doors on either side of the fireplace lead outside to the sunny second-floor TERRACE, which features panoramic views of the surrounding ridge.

In the KITCHEN, crisp white shaker cabinets and a chic herringbone-tile backsplash are perfectly complimented by dark onyx quartz countertops. Top-notch appliances include a six-burner gas range, a Fisher & Paykel oven, and a double-door refrigerator. The kitchen island offers tons of workspace, while a wet bar and wine fridge are ideal for entertaining. There’s also a comfy dining table nearby with custom bench seating that’s illuminated by an artistic chandelier.

Telluride’s Peak includes four bedrooms— two on the lower level and two on the top floor. The FIRST BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed and a full ENSUITE BATHROOM with a step-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM features a luxe king-size bed and a gorgeous ATTACHED BATHROOM with a double trough sink and a shower with a built-in marble bench.

On the top level of the home is the THIRD BEDROOM, which houses two twin-size beds that can easily be made into a king-size bed upon request. The FOURTH BEDROOM has a king-size bed. These two top-floor bedrooms each share a FULL BATHROOM that includes a glass-enclosed shower and a double vanity sink.

Besides the two front porches, Telluride’s Peak was designed to take full advantage of the surrounding natural beauty by including another DECK space that houses a soothing hot tub, a barbecue grill, and gorgeous views of the gondola and ski slopes.

The location of this home places you close to the ski slopes, hiking trails, and all of the excitement of downtown Telluride, too. Upon request, guests of Telluride’s Peak can have access to a home chef, a qualified nanny, and a highly-knowledgeable local concierge.
