Amazing views, great host, perfect place to stay.

John was great to communicate with. The property is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The views of the mountains from the property were breathtaking and made our stay that much more special. Would definitely recommend staying here if you can!

Hiking Trip

This property was perfect as a home base for our hiking trip. We were able to walk to trails, restaurants, the gondola and more! It was very comfortable and well appointed.

If you ever come for a hiking trip again, I will get you in contact with my wife, she has done a lot of the trails in the area and can tell you all about them. Also, thanks for leaving the condo in a pristine condition.

House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in and check out were easy. It was wonderful to have assigned parking. John was a great host, the information he provided before checkin was really helpful and when we reached out with a couple of questions he responded immediately. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was right at the top of the list of all the properties we have stayed at. It was magnificent, with great views of the box canyon from our deck. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the 6 of us adults, with plenty of room for quiet time, if desired. We also absolutely loved the kitchen as well. Everything was perfectly layed out. The untensils, plates, glasses, cups, etc. were substanial as well. And the location was one of the best in Telluride. Everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance.I also can't say enough about our host, John. He was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. He communicated with us from start to finish, and was extremely prompt answering any question or solving any issue that came up.Our entire trip was made that much more enjoyable and memorable becuase of John and this property. This is the place we will stay again, should we visit Telluride in the future.

Liked that it was close to gondola, riverwalk, and downtown!

Clean and spacious with beautiful views. The only issues were difficulty getting to through a small busy alley and tight parking. The amount of steps were also challenging for a couple of our group. John was very accommodating, enjoyed meeting him!

Perfect Location

This was our 2nd ski trip to Telluride as a group of friends in our 30s. This home was in the perfect location. No rental car needed.... you are right in the heart of downtown telluride and can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, dispensary, bars, restaurants, anything you need. The gondola is only a few blocks walk also, and there's a convenient path right behind the condo that leads you out to the road to get to the gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Property manager John was wonderful to work with, very helpful, and always responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Desmond and party were great guests. Communication was great and the apartment was left very tidy. Would recommend to other hosts and welcome them back any time.
