The host was quick to communicate and very responsive to all questions and requests. The home had everything you could possibly need during your stay. We were very happy with the home and plan to return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for me and my family. It provided everything we needed and more. My daughter enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the dock and the whole family was very impressed with the experience. Special thanks to the Host Tiana who responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. Love this house and will definitely be back again.

This is a slice of heaven. A calming, restorative, and peaceful retreat on the water. We were only here one night, but absolutely plan to return. Our dogs loved it too!

The view! The yard!

We loved our stay here. It’s a little remote from shopping and restaurants, but the space and privacy was very relaxing and just what we were looking for!

A beautiful property!

A perfect place to celebrate Mother's Day with the whole family - animals included! The setting on the St John's river is just beautiful and the sunsets take your breath away.

Relaxing

Beautiful home and location

We enjoyed our stay at the River House, the setting is beautiful and our Host, Tiana thought of everything to make our vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future. The views are amazing!

Great place on St. John's River

We loved our stay here. Very well-stocked, huge fenced-in yard for our dogs, beautiful home and view, and 30 minutes away from St. Augustine and beaches. The cabana was a huge bonus with a nice full bath, large tv, and gym. This is the nicest place we have stayed on vacation and would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The views are spectacular. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is easy to cook in. Communication is amazing and we are very impressed. Would highly recommend this home and the owners.

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. It was a short drive to St. Augustine, yet far enough away that you had tons of privacy. The home was beautiful, the lake was beautiful, I would recommend to anyone!
