I’m not kidding when I say this house was the nicest rental I’ve ever been in. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, great amenities, close to everything, and host Hayley is efficient, kind, and lovely! 10/10 would totally rent this house the next time I’m in St. Augustine! Grab it if it’s available - you will be so glad you did!

This cottage is in a great location near shops, beaches, excellent restaurants, and the historic district. We enjoyed the quaint cottage that provided everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was very nice to have a laundry appliances. Hayley was quick to respond when I had a couple of questions, and we all felt pleased with our accommodations. I highly recommend this home and host. Our vacation was perfect in spite of the hurricane that brought a lot of rain. The bikes and beach chairs were a bonus.

The property was very quaint and beautifully located. Close to Town and close to Vilano Beach. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to go back.

Such a cozy, charming cottage! With all the modern renovations too, perfect combo! Great shower pressure! Strong air conditioning, very comfortable all around. And the location for beaches and nearby sites is minutes away. We used the bikes every day twice a day to glide down Magnolia avenue under the canopy of Spanish moss and live oak trees, you will gasp as you turn the corner onto that road! Be sure to stop into the juice bar or nearby cafes we walked to or rode the bikes to every morning. The outside spaces are a quiet paradise, we grilled burgers and relaxed under the string lights. Clean, stocked for coffee etc, and near everything. Quiet paradise right in the middle of everything!

This was our second time staying in the home. It’s absolutely adorable and in a fantastic location. We had an issue with the fridge not cooling well and Haley was extremely helpful, even having a small fridge delivered overnight so our food would not spoil. We had yet another fantastic stay.

Everything was great. We have had some unusually cold weather this winter and the landscaping bore the brunt, but only what you might expect. Everything was nice and clean and plenty of games and located strategically. Would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is a beautiful cottage with everything you could need! The host, Haley, is so sweet and sent a gift basket with crafts for my kids! I will 100% be back!

This home was SO charming and comfortable. And the proximity to Old Town was wonderful as were the bicycles to get around. Hayley was very helpful and responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Such a cute cottage. Loved the decorations. The furniture was very comfortable. Water pressure was the best we have ever had. The location was so convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the use of your property.

One of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed at! They provided all the small touches like a luxury hotel but with the comfort of a home. Great location- very close to the beach and easy bike ride to downtown. We would stay again and recommended to others!
