Jake & Maggie's home was the perfect place for our family. Nice yard for kids to run around. The kitchen was updated and fully stocked with all cooking gear. Beds were comfortable. Close to the lake. Three row golf cart was a nice bonus to take to the dock. Jake was very responsive to text communication. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous, very well-appointed house with tons of modern conveniences in a beautiful location. Host was very organized, responsive, communicative and attentive. Will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and spacious. Right on the snowmobile trails. wouldn’t mind coming back in the summertime. Jake was crap to respond with any questions I had.

Great place to get away and enjoy family

We had a great vacation. The house was exceptional with plenty of space for everyone. Jake was full of information and quick response to questions. We would definitely recommend this listing. You will not be disappointed.

Snowmobiling Trip

We just love coming here!! The location is great to hit the trails, our favorite bar or restaurant. This last year Jake kept in touch with all the new changes being made before we arrived...that is true customer service!! Can't wait for our return trip in February!

Creating fun Memories

Owner was very responsive to any questions or needs. Cabin was a great place to spend time with family. Rented patoon and had fun on lake. Grandson enjoyed campfire and smores. Good times!

Snowmobile trip

Stayed at the crooked pine for a weekend with a group of close friends and family. Snowmobiled all weekend. House was beautiful. Jake was very responsive from beginning to end of trip. I would definitely stay at this house again the next time I come to St Germain.

Phenomenal

Jake was a fantastic host. The pictures could not justify the beauty of the Crooked Pine which was settled perfectly into a forest of tall pines. The golf cart rides to the dock and Fibbers added to our entertainment within a week of pure relaxation. So many things to do but the main one was to enjoy the silence and great family time.

Snowmobile Trip

The Crooked Pine was an ideal location for our eight person snowmobile trip. The property provided ample parking for three vehicles and enclosed trailers with a heated garage as a bonus! The cabin is beautifully set in the woods with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend Jake and the Crooked Pine!

Beautiful, clean home close to Big Saint Germain.

The house was beautiful and clean, they have everything you need for your stay. Our family of 8 was very comfortable! The lake was a bit farther than we expected, but the golf cart helps with that. This is a great Lake for fishing and possibly boating. I would not suggest swimming in the lake unless you do further research on Big Saint Germain lake.

Our stay at the Crooked Pine in St. Germain, Wi

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crooked Pine. Very spacious, and comfortable. Very nice accommodations all the way around! Very quiet area and nice privacy. Great WiFi, and super nice large screen TV’s in most rooms. The owner is an awesome host who communicates very well with his guests! He made us all feel very welcome. We hope to stay there again next summer. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing and refreshing time. Thank you to the owner and Vrbo for a great week’s vacation!

Very Beautiful clean home in a really nice Peaceful and Serene area of Big Saint Germain Lake, We didn't have Lake views but that didn't Bother any of us in any way and Beside of that my Husband and Son Loved driving the 6 person Golf Cart at approximately 8:15 every morning to catch fish and my Daughter and I got to hear the stories of all fish that they had caught. We have only been home 1 hour and miss it already! I guess all that I should say is that we absolutely Loved every thing inside and out and as we walked out the door for the last time we each said "I'll be Back!!!!"

Winter wonderland Trip of a lifetime

Hands down the best vacation of my life with all of my kids, husband and mom to celebrate my 50th birthday! The property was absolultely perfect - from the great communication from Jake , to the pristine snow on the property, to the immaculate cabin, to all the decor and everything you would need and more inside the cabin! The snowmobile trail was right there, cabin is in a great location and my husband loved the heated 3 stall garage to keep the snowmobiles in to work on and thaw since we were there during a cold spell. I couldn't ask for a better trip - I can't wait to go back and use this cabin again!

Amazing Family Vacation

Where to start, first of all Jake has been an amazing host from the time we booked and through the entire stay. Any questions we had he was prompt with replying. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Checking in and out was easy. We had an amazing vacation and this cottage fit our large family perfectly! The cottage absolutely beautiful and it was spotless, beds were comfy and the outdoor space was amazing! This place was stocked with everything you may need, believe me they thought of everything. We look forward to our return next year! Thank you for a wonderful week of memories!

Perfect for our group of 10!

We had a great time at at the Crooked Pine! The home is beautiful inside and out. Our family of 10 including 3 grandkids spent a lot of time at the dock, boating, tubing, skiing and fishing. Although the home isn’t directly on the lake, it is close by and the golf cart was a wonderful way to transport our things. It worked out great! We went horseback riding, spent a lot of time in the beautiful yard playing games, watching the deer, enjoying campfires and a scavenger hunt! The paved bike trail close by was just wonderful, too. Jake was excellent to work with and immediately responded to any questions!
