Newly remodeled Condo at Base Area! Ski in/out! Amazing location and views! Hot tub
The Space:
Location, Location, Location!!! This recently remodeled condo is literally steps from the ski slopes and all the base area activities. Walk to the free town shuttle to get into the town of Crested Butte in minutes and relax in the community hot tub after a long day recreating.
This 3 story condo is in the Emmons building which is flanked by the Elevation Hotel, The Lodge at Mountaineer Square and other restaurants and retail stores. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building and the building does not have an elevator. There are 3 1/2 flights of stairs to access the 3rd floor from the parking lot level and the condo itself is on 3 floors (2 additional flights of stairs to reach the master bedroom at the top).
The main floor has the living/dining and kitchen area. The living room has a smart tv. There is a deck with 2 adirondack chairs off of the living room to enjoy the stellar view of Crested Butte mountain. The couch turns into a double bed. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped and galley style.
On the next floor up, there is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and full ensuite bathroom. The sink is separate which is convenient for sharing the space. This bedroom is loft-like in that there is a high wall with an open area with doors that separate it from the living space below.
On the 3rd floor you'll find the primary suite with king bed, full bathroom with spacious vanity separate from the rest of the bathroom. You'll find amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte from this room.
Parking: There is parking for 1 vehicle in the Emmons parking lot. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate trailers or RV's due to HOA covenants. A parking pass is located in the condo and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. Hot tub is open seasonally and managed by condo association. Normal times of operation are the entire ski season and late June to Labor Day.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
The minimum age for renters is 25. Children with their parent or guardian are always welcome.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

The Neighborhood:
The Emmons bldg is part of the base area of Mt Crested Butte ski area. You are within a couple minute walk to the slopes, retail, coffee shops and the transportation center where you can take a bus to the town of Crested Butte.
