A 5-minute walk from Memorial Hospital (3 blocks) and a short drive to Oglethorpe Mall and Savannah State University, our Hospital House is a perfect place for travel nurses and those visiting town on business.

The home is on a quiet, dead-end street with very little traffic. You’ll be able to sleep soundly, even after an overnight shift.

Hospital House is sure to play an important role in making your extended stay in Savannah an unforgettable one.

There are three bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the others with a double and a twin. All bedrooms have blackout window shades to ensure you’ll sleep as late as you need.

There is one bathroom.

This newly remodeled house has an open kitchen & living room. The kitchen has updated appliances and is stocked with a short supply of basic needs.

A fenced-in backyard is a place to keep pets while you’re away.

This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they like beyond the 30-night minimum. Starter supplies are provided, but guests will need to re-supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.

Full-sized washer and dryer are available.

All utilities as well as lawn care are included in the price.

Pets are welcome. Pets must be crated when their owner is not in the house. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators of our pet policy will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
