--BED and BATH--
Drift off to dreamland in this one-bedroom loft apartment, which sleeps 2 guests:
• Bedroom: 1 cozy bed separated from the rest of the suite in a private bedroom
• Living room: 1 over sized couch for lounging!

There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom with artwork that adds pop of style. And our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.

Enjoy immaculate views of Minneapolis right from the comfort of your couch or imagine you’re in Paris sipping on your favorite glass of wine while you’re staying here! With with all the comforts of home in the living area, where you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch.

You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.

Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building.
• No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
• Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Decent location but poor communication and janky amenities

The property manager never answers or communicates back. It was near impossible to check in due to their customer service.

GREAT location!

The property was overall, great! I would definitely back & stay here again & I would recommend this place to others to stay as well. Positives: The pictures are accurate, the check-in & check out was so easy, we loved the reserved parking space & the same level to enter the building, making it easier to unload & load up your vehicle. But overall it was all about the location, location, & location! We traveled from St Louis for New Year's Eve & to watch the 2022 Winter Classic hockey game. We loved we were within walking distance of so many restaurants, bars, pubs, public transit, etc. The vibe in this part of the city was great & everyone in the surrounding businesses were very accommodating & helpful. Things to improve upon: Our living unit itself was not well cleaned, there was Christmas decor left behind on the floors, dirty towels still sitting in the washer, & the bathroom sink was still dirty. I would have rated it higher if it was more clean. Also, the walls are pretty thin, so you do hear your neighbors easily. Especially walking down the hall....you can hear everything they say. Another thing is the cable sucks, with barely any basic cable channels that one coukd find at a basic hotel rate. So my suggestion is to make sure you bring a back up plan if you want to do any TV watching at all. We wanted cable capacity to watch local sports....NOPE. Zero sports....& minimal movie channels. We have had way better TV options at a very basic rate hotel stay.
