Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

Very clean and comfortable with an excellent host! In a great location as well. I was originally nervous about being in a condo with other units next door and downstairs but it wound up being great and still very private! We brought our newborn as our first weekend trip away from home and everything went very smoothly. Very reasonable price for the location and stay!

Beautiful home with high end furnishings. We slept like a baby. The bedding and pillows and bed were fabulous. The ac ran great and the snacks when we got in late were so nice. Fabulous property and location would stay again.

Great accommodations near restaurants and other shops as well as Summit Hill. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet location. Other building occupants were also quiet. The historic home was a special touch. Stacey was a great host with excellent, prompt response to our queries.

Perfect location. Very comfortable inside. Exactly what I was looking for. Very close to many good restaurants. Easy street parking and very quiet inside. Stayed during a warm summer week and there are 2 window AC units (living and bedroom). Full bathtub with overhead shower. Plenty of towels and blankets. Comfortable sectional in living room. We didn't cook but good sized fridge for snacks and drinks and lots of dishes and silverware. I would happily stay here again.

Appreciate super host Stacey / communications and attention to detail. The location was perfect for activities planned and access to nearby family. We were on the 2nd floor, and hopefully we reserve a 1st floor unit in the future.

Wonderful location for restaurants, groceries, shops and walking around. All the essentials provided and some extras such as snacks. Completely clean. Owner very responsive and helpful. Very comfortable bed and quiet.

Super easy to reach our host with any questions. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping. So many good options nearby - Grand Ave. has lots of fine shops. Breadsmith and the cheese shop and the coffee shop by it were our favorites.Excellent sound insulation in the house. We really enjoyed the decor, especially the pictures. It was fun to find a few china items in the kitchen, which was well stocked with necessary items. Thanks for the treats, too!Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house. The surrounding area is great for walking with lots of interesting historic homes in the area and on Summit Ave. Lots of places to eat just down the street. We found it a great place to relax in between a very busy schedule of family events. I would definitely return. Host's communication was also great; anytime I reached out she was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I had such a great time staying in this beautiful apartment! It was like being in a home away from home. It was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was very comfortable as well. While the apartment is located in a quiet, historic residential area, it is also a 3 minute drive (or longer stroll) to numerous cafes and restaurants. I didn't do any cooking while here, but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped with cooking implements. And, on a hot few days in St. Paul, the window air conditioner units did a good job keeping the apartment cool. The most important aspect of renting this apartment was the excellent communication skills that the hostess had. She was very quick to reply to any of my questions, and also gave very detailed instructions about how to handle the check in. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment for your next St. Paul visit!

During a weekend trip to St. Paul we lucked out and this rental was still available. It was an awesome location for all things St. Paul! Check in and communication with the host was great. She even asked if there was anything else we would need on the second day of our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and taken care of. This rental was just what we were looking for!

This home was purchased because it it literally next door to where I live and was in need of some loving! Can't think of another property so easy to keep an eye on and manage than this...........in addition I was having to turn people away due to being booked with #373111. People LOVE this area and are telling friends; time for another unit :)
