Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

Met our needs perfectly. Great location. We took a lovely stroll down Summit Ave looking at the historic mansions on our way to the Cathedral. The home was very clean, well appointed and had a wonderful larger bathroom with lovely tile and soothing design. Great communication making sure we had no issues and any potential needs were met. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a lovely one bedroom upstairs apartment. Very quiet, thoughtfully outfitted, in a lovely neighborhood in St. Paul. Property manager was very attentive and easy to work with.

Magnificent view!

Wonderful location with fantastic bay window that looks down on the neighborhood. The quaint place has all you need for your stay. It’s private but close to all the action. We had a great stay!

Zen vibes

This is a nice 1 bedroom apartment on 2nd story. The vibes are zen and easy going and we enjoyed walking to the Grand Ave area. The neighborhood has many unique homes to enjoy the views. The host was interested in our comfort.

A great stay on a hill

We came to St Paul for the weekend. Did some hiking, visited a coffee shop and had dinner with friends. This VRBO was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space, it was quiet, it was close to where we wanted to be and our host was easy to contact.

Great place on Grand Hill

Had a great stay in this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on Grand Hill. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as was check-in and check-out. Host was always available when needed.

What a charming, comfy apartment. Because we were there around Christmas, we were able to enjoy the Christmas tree. Everything was very clean,. Great location!

Charming neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay. Stacey was easy to get in touch with and check-in and out were easy. The neighborhood is great for walking and within walking distance to places to eat. Highly recommend Russell's for dinner! 2 blocks from place. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. We felt lucky to have been able to bring our two dogs. You'd never know pets were allowed as it was clean and no pet odors. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Grand Hill was an inviting, comfortable, and safe apartment. We had a wonderful stay. Stacey was always just a text away and willing to help in any way. We would highly recommended this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway in historic St Paul.

As a lover of old homes and design I find myself drawn to the process of improving and shining up some aged gems. After renovating and building several homes here and in the Caribbean I have decided to share some of the spaces with travelers via VRBO, and have found it such an enjoyable experience!

This home was purchased because it it literally next door to where I live and was in need of some loving! Can't think of another property so easy to keep an eye on and manage than this...........in addition I was having to turn people away due to being booked with #373111. People LOVE this area and are telling friends; time for another unit :)
