Enjoy the National Historic Landmark District of Old San Juan in our 3 Bed, 2 Bath Colonial style Pent-House. Located on popular “Calle de San Sebastian”, our building is a page from history. Once known as the home of the fraternal organization "Respetable Logia de Caballeros', this space will surely take you back in time.

Our home includes a Private Roof-Top with 360-degree views of the City. During the day, mesmerize in the infinite views of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy the colorful architecture, peek over at El Morro, or gaze ahead at our National Rain Forest El Yunque. At night, grab your favorite drink and enjoy time under the stars. At any time, this space is sure to catch your breath! The roof-top includes a hammock, two sun-bathing lounge chairs, a bar-top table with stools, and a half bath.

The Master Bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with views of the Old San Juan Harbor. This bedroom has a king size bed, AC, ample storage space, dresser, and natural sunlight.

The First Guest Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, AC, closet, chest of drawer, and a large window with views of the Ocean. This bedroom is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom which includes a spacious standing shower.

The Second Guest Bedroom includes a balcony with views of Calle de San Sebastian. This bedroom is also located next to the guest bathroom and is equipped with a queen size bed, AC, closet, chest of drawer, and a large window with views of the Ocean.

The Living Room/Dining Room is an open concept. There are 2 ceiling fans to keep the air flowing and balcony doors to enjoy the fresh breeze. The Dining area can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The Living room hosts a large red couch to enjoy some R&R time. There is a 50” Smart TV with complementary access to Netflix. The Internet is fast and reliable.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and necessary supplies for a home cooked meal. We provide complimentary coffee & tea for our guests. While waiting for dinner, enjoy your favorite cocktail in the lounge area next to the kitchen.

Please note ACs are only located in bedrooms. The In-unit Laundry Room is available for guest staying longer than 30 days.

Castillo San Felipe del Morro: Largest fortifications built by the Spaniards in the Caribbean during the 16th century.

Castillo San Cristobal: Covering over 27 acres, this fortification is the largest one made by the Spaniards in the New World.

Capilla de Cristo: This small sanctuary was atypically built at the top of the walls of the city. Legend has it that two men were racing their horses down the street and one of them fell over the cliff and survived. This inspired the construction of a sanctuary dedicated to the saints of health.

Casa Blanca: Now a museum, this is the oldest residence in Old San Juan

Catedral de San Juan: A rare example of medieval architecture during Spanish ruling in the New World. The Catedral de San Juan is the second oldest church in America, after the one built in the Dominican Republic.

La Fortaleza: La Fortaleza is the oldest state residence of the New World still in use. This executive palace conserves traditions such as candlelit-only dining rooms and original Spanish objects from the colonial era.

Teatro Tapia: Built in 1832, it is the oldest permanent theater in Puerto Rico.

Old San Juan is a walking City. Once you arrive at our home, you will not need a vehicle to explore the neighborhood, landmarks, or enjoy local restaurants and bars.
1. No smoking inside the house. $200 a day fee if you do so. Only smoking area is the roof top. Please use ashtray and do not throw cigarette butts anywhere else on the property.
2. As respect to our neighbors, we ask that you keep noise and music levels to a minimum between hours of 10pm-7am.
3. No Parties! If you decide to have a party, we will cancel your booking and ask you to leave the property.
