The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We appreciated having a quiet spot in Lead away from the hubbub of Deadwood.

The hosts were very helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating. The condo was clean, organized, and stocked with essentials and small extras that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable: fans in both bedrooms, extra plug-ins and charging ports, etc.

This was a great place to stay. It gave us a clean home base to come back to during the evening. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and activities, but you need to remember there are a lot of steep hills to walk up and down. We are a little older and chose to drive to activities.This was a great stay, the hosts are great with communication and respond quickly. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and supplies. The kitchen was especially well equipped and had lots of thoughtful little extras that made it easy to prepare meals.There were just a few minor drawbacks. The showerhead had very poor water pressure, making it difficult and time-consuming to rinse shampoo out of my hair. The wall-mounted AC unit was a bit noisy, although it did keep the temperature comfortable. I was also surprised to find that the laundry facilities were coin-operated and located down the hall, as this wasn’t clear in the property description.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts’ hospitality, the cleanliness, and the convenient location. With a few small improvements, this would be an even better place to stay!

Everything we needed

This was a great space for my family of 4 to stay while visiting all the sights. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would stay again when we're in the area.

Perfect stay experience

I would totally recommend this place. I can’t think of anything that didn’t meet our expectations and the location is ideal for Terry Peak and other fun activities.

Great location.

Spent the weekend in the Black Hills. Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants/bars. Place was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great.
