Beautiful Leavenworth home, one block South of downtown Leavenworth. Plenty of parking for your guests and an easy one block walk to all events in Leavenworth. Classically renovated with new landscaping & seclusion. Take a short walk to outstanding swimming at beautiful Barn Beach, and the rush of the Wenatchee River or head to the many hiking and bike trails in the Icicle Valley.

Bring your family and friends to the friendly Bavarian Village and take in all of the opportunities of festivals, recreation or just relax in this secluded home. This is the perfect place for families coming to enjoy all Leavenworth has to offer.

35 miles to Stevens Pass or 40 miles to Mission Ridge for downhill skiing, or just minutes from Ski Hill and Cross Country skiing throughout the area.

This is a great place for tubing the River. Put in at the bridge on Icicle and you can float down to Rivers Echo/Barn Beach.

Summertime is a great time to visit the local wineries or stop in at the fruit stands. Leavenworth has great farmer's markets and organic gardens that you can visit as well. The local Summer Theater is a great venue and Sleeping Lady has great events all year round.

The house is in a great location and is within walking distance to everything. Lots of room in the home and equipped with everything you’d need. The outdoor space is great for hanging out and feels very private. Great parking as well. We would return and stay here again for sure.

The house was very clean and as pictured on VRBO. The yard was beautiful and we enjoyed being within walking distance of so many things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. It's only a minute walk from the town center, and also right by the river park. But the back yard has lots of big trees lining it so it feels like you're not in town at all, very natural and park like.House has plenty of space and we loved staying here.

A very lovely location for our family to enjoy. Amazing that everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was extra fun. And so close to town. Even our rafting trip we could walk to the check in and drop off points.

This was the perfect place for our family of six adults to stay for the weekend. It had enough rooms and bathrooms for the couples to each have their own. The location was within walking distance of all that Leavenworth had to offer. There was easy parking for our vehicles, and a nice private backyard that leads to the park below. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was ideal for this group of 6 women. The living room had plenty of seating for a group hang, the dining table had plenty of seating for dining, games, and extended chat sessions. The excellent mattresses provided great sleep for everyone. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were appreciated by all participants. Proximity to downtown Leavenworth is a huge plus. We could walk to dining, shopping, etc. without the hassle of parking. We loved the furnishings--quality antiques and comfortable seating. I got points for picking "the best house yet" for our annual gathering. Great communication from the owner, everything was as described or better, and my group was thrilled with my selection. Highly recommend this property!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at River’s Echo. The host was very responsive and the house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was wonderful being within walking distance to everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nice place, reminded us of a old house from the Midwest. Really nice to be so close to downtown on such a busy weekend (Thanksgiving). Couldn't find the garbage bin outside, but everything else was great.

Leavenworth Family Adventure

The location with easy walking access to both the town and river was great. Our family enjoyed the outdoor amenities ( lawn games, BBQ, hot tub and dinning.

We were born and raised in the Columbia Basin of Washington State. We have five children, four grown and one still at home in school keeping us involved with school and sport activities.

We initially invested in Leavenworth in 2001 and are partners at Leavenworth Properties, an independent real estate company servicing Leavenworth, Plain & Cashmere. In 2006 Rivers Echo became available and the opportunity to own a historic home in a beautiful location was perfect. We love to share our home with other families and hope you have the same great experiences we have everyday in our beautiful town.

The opportunity to have a historic turn of the century home in a great location of downtown Leavenworth. This home sets where Main Street of Leavenworth once was. One of the first bankers in town had it built and the 4 stories, screened porch, and beautiful characteristics made us fall in love with this historic home.

We put in our tubes at the Icicle Creek Bridge and float down to Barn Beach where we just walk up to the home after a day of floating the Rier. During special times or events in town, we are able to stay right downtown with plenty of parking and rooms for our family/friends to gather. We have hosted many birthday parties, wedding receptions, or just great get togethers.
