SYNOPSIS
A welcoming and warm place in the enchanting Porto Rafti. Just two minutes from the beaches, the newly renovated villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It is 20 minutes from the airport, half an hour from Athens and just a few minutes from several other beaches. The perfect place for vacation and rest!

THE PLACE
This recently renovated maisonette is located in the quiet panoramic area of ​​Porto Rafti, built on three levels.
The upper level consists of two large bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two singles. Both have bathrooms with showers.
The ground floor has an open-plan living area, a large 6-seater dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC.
In the basement we find two other bedrooms, one with a single bed and the second with a single sofa. Finally there is a toilet with shower.
All floors are connected by an elevator and an internal staircase.
The front and side well-kept garden is available to the guest as well as parking for two cars.
Panorama Pearl Villa has 3 air conditioners, 2 fans and hot water on a 24-hour basis.
It also has a TV, Wi-Fi Internet, dishwasher and many other useful electrical appliances.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Within walking distance of Panorama Pearl Villa there are popular shopping chains, many restaurants, traditional taverns, supermarkets, bars, cafes, clubs.
Activities offered in Porto Rafti: cycling by the sea or in the mountains, fishing, summer cinema, walks.
Just 1 km from Panorama Pearl Villa, there is a sandy beach with free admission, offering an excellent choice for swimming, sunbathing and water sports, while at a little further distance, there are countless other beaches. The coastline of Rafina, Artemida, Porto Rafti, Kakia Thalassa, Lavrio, Sounio are an ideal choice for swimming, hiking, entertainment and dining.
A beautiful destination is at 40km where Cape Sounio is located with the Archaeological temple of Poseidon. There, you can admire the sunset overlooking the Aegean.
At 20 km there is the Attica Zoological Park and right next to it, the largest discount village in Greece, McArthurGlen Athens.
Athens and Piraeus are about 40 and 45 km away respectively. In Athens you can visit the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Monastiraki, Plaka and many other historical monuments, while from the port of Piraeus you can take a boat to the islands of Aegina, Salamina, Agistri, Poros, Hydra, etc.

TRANSPORTATION
For your transportation, there are bus lines, metro, taxi. The nearest metro station (Koropi) is 15 km from Panorama Pearl Villa, through which the Historic Center of Athens is easily accessible, as well as most of the sights of the Basin.
For guests who want to be autonomous and to be facilitated during their travels to the beaches, airport, port, etc., it is recommended to rent a car, directly from the airport or the port.
