Powdery snow, endless ski runs, mountain scenery, and fresh air are just a few of the amazing things to experience here in Whistler! Great for year-round fun, this condo is the perfect home base for skiers and hikers alike. Take your morning cup of coffee onto the balcony and plan out a full day of adventure before hopping into the full kitchen to whip up a delicious breakfast.

Sitting mere feet from the Wizard Express chair lift, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Blackcomb Peak! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails.

After a fun-filled day, head over to one of the three hot tubs and soak in the warm water. When it is time to call it a night, the inviting warmth of the fireplace will help lull you to sleep.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.
This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good value

We enjoyed our stay here. We felt we got good value for the price we paid. The swimming pool and hot tubs were awesome at night (the tress are all lit up). Very romantic. Room was clean and had all the kitchen gear you needed. They have been upgrading things it seems. Bed was comfortable. Room was super hot for a few days for some reason -- we think our neighbor cranked the heat (hard to sleep). Water pressure in shower was a little low. Beautiful deckand lots of trees on property. Close to Upper Village. Staff were polite and helpful. Would come again but probably upgrade to more expensive room.

Overall was a good stay. Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Room was very hot with no AC. Had 2 fans provided and unfortunately the windows were locked shut. Opened balcony door to allow cool air in. Parking was expensive and didn’t realize price until after booking. Location was great. Hotel itself appeared nice. Super affordable. Place was pretty quiet. Someone forgot mosquito trap with dead mosquitos and some extra food left behind from last peeps. Like I said it was super affordable especially in Whistler.

Basic but livable

Unit was very clean and well kept. As many have said, could use an overall refresh as furnishings were tired and dated. Need to pay special attention to electronics as the tvs are small and missing remotes and proper setup. Don’t even think about jumping in the hot tubs apres ski unless your idea of fun and relaxation involves being elbow to elbow and sharing body fluids with the masses.

Tired unit

Unit seemed tired, carpets torns, older tv, couch cushions worn and not comfy. It was basic. We had several housekeeping issues when we checked in, rag left on carpet in bedroom, toilet paper hanging out of toilet, bathroom floor dirty, rocks in carpet and garbage can not rinsed out.

Golfing getaway

The Aspens is a nice, clean place to stay at Whistler, it is a bit tucked away so the noise level is a lot lower than in the Village but it is still easy to access everything. Will stay here again. Only downside is having to pay for parking when other places in the same area are free.

Our stay

We loved the staff. Suite was clean, it was quiet, and appreciated the staff going above by getting us a bit later check out. The suite wasn’t updated, no AC and the TV was small so we’ve stayed in better but the service and follow up by Vacasa was great

Loved the property! Very well kept & clean. My only issue was that it felt very warm inside even though the heat was turned off and the weather was cool outside. On the plus side the unit had 3 fans that we used.

Nice Apartment

Overall the apartment was as advertised. The only downfall was no air conditioning in 35 degree heat! But could’ve been a lot worse!
