LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
The Aspens are one of the true ski-in/out properties that Whistler has to offer. Located just 500m from the new and improved Blackcomb gondola, guests who ski, hike, or bike will enjoy convenience at their fingertips. Situated just above the upper village, very close to some great restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.- you can grab your groceries at the Upper Village Market and make a great meal in your full kitchen OR try out some of Whistler`s best baking at Portobello while sipping a coffee fireside. In the summer, our guests with children can take advantage of The Family Adventure Zone located just steps away. Enjoy rounds of mini-golf, bouncy castles, face painting, and bungee trampolines!
THE SPACE
Beautifully renovated apartment offering spacious master BR with a king-sized bed, Additional sleeping for 2 guests in the living area (Fold-out sofa), and an excellent open plan living for a cozy yet social atmosphere. Don`t forget the small private patio off the living room where you can enjoy peace and quiet with a glass of wine or a hot cuppa.
Guests can enjoy fresh linens and towels for their stay as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
After a day out and about you can come home to relax by the fireplace, enjoy a TV in the living space, and have a wonderful meal prepared in your full-size kitchen.
KITCHEN
Equipped with a FULL kitchen: Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave fridge/freezer, and some common small appliances, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, common spices, and cooking oil- the chef in your group, will be ecstatic! Eat a big breakfast out on the patio or the dining table before a big day on the mountain.
HOT TUB AND POOL
Open Year Round, the large outdoor heated pool will be a hit for the family as well as the three common area hot tubs! Relax poolside in all seasons and take advantage of the common patio area.
LAUNDRY
There is a coin-operated laundry in the building for a small fee
PARKING
Secure Underground Parking is available ( $26 per 24 hours).
FREE street parking on Spearhead Dr. for the months of April - November.
EXERCISE ROOM
There is an exercise room located in the building for those of you that like to keep fit on vacation.
SKI RENTAL & EQUIPMENT STORAGE
Guests can travel with ultimate convenience by ordering their ski rental online. Nestaide Management will provide guests with the URL upon booking. Guests can select to pick up their equipment right inside the Aspens Lodge at WB Rentals on the check-in date. Skis are stored onsite at the Aspens Lodge by valet service. Bikes are stored in the parkade for easy access each day
Guests will gain access to the unit with their own personal code.
The parking gate is 6 ft 6` tall. Parking is $17 per day.
Guests can rest assured that we are available 24/7 by phone and can be available in person when needed. We like to give our guests space while on vacation, but be on hand if they may need anything!
Whistler Upper Village offers a secluded alpine setting that is just steps from the excitement, hustle, and bustle of Whistler Village. This great location for a Whistler vacation offers the best of both worlds. The Upper Village is a family-friendly area complete with its own base lodge, ticket office, shops, kids center and ski rental. Just a short, ten minute stroll from the busy Whistler Village, the Upper Village is a charming area filled with many delicious and popular Whistler restaurants and fantastic shops and boutiques that you can`t find anywhere else in town.
During the summer months, Whistler Upper Village is home to the Adventure Zone, where families can go horseback riding, enjoy a round of mini golf, or fly through the air on a trapeze. The Upper Village is also just minutes away from the Chateau Whistler Golf Course.
With the perfect blend of alpine adventure and quaint village life, the Upper Village offers lovely and affordable vacation rentals in Whistler that allow you to stay, play, dine, and relax in the mountains
Guests do not need a car at this location. Although, there is the option for secure, underground paid parking if guests do bring their cars. The shuttle is a 3-minute walk from the front door of the Aspens which takes you to the main village in 5 minutes. Guests can also walk to the upper village in a few minutes where they can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, grocery stores and more.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 guests.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $105.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
