Boasting the ambiance of a light-filled mountain chalet, this deluxe condo in The Aspens offers a beautifully modern escape with wall-to-wall windows that frame views of the surrounding woodlands! This property is an outdoor enthusiast's dream, offering ski-in/out access to Blackcomb Mountain in the winter, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen where you can prepare hearty, homemade meals to fuel your adventures, and a gas fireplace that's framed by lovely natural stone. Spend quiet mornings in an open-concept living space, bring your coffee outside to the expansive balcony, and take advantage of wonderful shared amenities that include two hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, ski and bike storage, and a fitness room.

For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.
This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Cozy Stay

Best of Both Worlds!

Our family had an amazing summer stay! We enjoyed the best of two worlds. The room/deck was situated away from the mountain/village. This kept things nice and quiet and allowed us to enjoy our time among the trees. Morning coffee and meals on the cool deck was a definite highlight. That said, when we were ready to venture out for the day we were only a couple minute's walk from the Upper Village (Note: Don't let google maps fool you - there is a path through the Aspens complex that puts you in the village in no time). Additionally, the pool was great, parking was affordable, and the people were friends. Would 100% stay again

Great place and location

The place was spacious, clean and right on the slopes. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The fireplace was not working and I contacted the guest services line and was told someone would be out in a few hours to fix it. No one showed and it was never fixed. Other than that we enjoyed staying at the property.

The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable.

The apartment itself is perfect as the title. Location wise, if the snow was better, it is an ideal ski in/out place. Unfortunately, the snow this Christmas was worst among recent year. The hike down/up to/from blackcomb gondola was short , so not too bad. The free shuttle to other places in the resort was convenient. I wish Vacasa can provide a little more supplies such as napkins, one more paper towel and dishwasher detergent pods. We had to walk to blackcomb market place just for these little things.

Great location to Whistler Upper Village

The property is in a great location with easy access to the Blackcomb Mountain gondola and nearby restaurants. It’s a 3 minute walk to Upper Village If you go via the back entrance near the swimming pool. Upper Village is quieter than the main Whistler Village and we very much appreciated that particularly with the hordes that descended on Whistler for the Crankworx Whistler Mountain Bike Festival.

Such a nice unit and place but why?

My wife and I stayed at the incredible unit at the Aspens It was spacious, clean, with a large balcony. We were amazed when we entered the unit. But why are the bed and the couch so uncomfortable? I didn’t feel rested when I left. During peak time that unit is very expensive. You can afford a good bed and comfortable couch

Not what was expected

The location is not convenient to restaurants and attractions. It's quite a wàlk to the smaller village and not walkable to the larger village. Because I chose a more expensive room I was expecting a larger room. The room was disappointing as was the lack of view. I discovered, that if I had booked the accommodations and golf myself rather than go through a booking agency, it would have cost considerably less. Also, I became ill and no refund for the golf or accommodation was available through vacasa. Would have been if I booked it myself. Last time I use an agency.

Wonderful unit!!

Beautiful unit and setting. Great deck. Huge space overall. Wish there was sweetener or sugar in the kitchen. Was hard to cool off the condo. Kept windows and shades closed until evening and fans running. It's a jaunt to get too. Especially at the end of the day when your exhausted but it's much more peaceful than the center village.
