WELCOME TO THE ASPENS - one of the few TRUE ski-in / ski-out locations in Whistler located just above the Upper Village and just a stone throw away from restaurants, stores, and the Blackcomb Gondola.

This 3rd floor, ski in / ski out 1 bedroom condo has everything you need for your stay. The open plan living area features a large gas fireplace, smart TV, pullout sofa, dining table for 4 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed and a TV to make your stay feel like home. The fully renovated bathroom ensures you have all the modern conveniences available to you throughout your stay. The Aspens boasts a heated swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, a small fitness suite and ski valet/bike storage.

** This home does not have Air Conditioning, like many homes in Whistler. We supply one fan per bedroom. Please note that Harmony Whistler Vacations cannot provide compensation or refunds for warm temperatures.**
** Please kindly note that there will be a pool closure for maintenance during September and October. 2 Hot tubs will remain open at this time**

BOOKING POLICIES

There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

First time in Blackcomb

We came to Whistler before but had always been in Whistler village. We really liked the more quiet Blackcomb and the ski in ski out from the Aspens is really great. The appart is nice, the only constructive criticism we could make is to have a much larger carpet at the entry, getting in with ski boots and all is a challenge with such a small entry.

Another Great Stay at Aspens Whistler

This was our second visit to Aspens at Whistler, and we had a great time once again. The unit had been renovated, was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was perfect for our 3-night stay.The only minor issue we encountered was with the shower, as it didn't have enough water pressure. However, this was a small inconvenience and didn’t impact our overall experience.We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future!

Perfect cozy condo

Secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main village but close enough to walk there. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Underground parking and bike storage was very busy and tight but we made it work. Kinda sucked having to pay $25 per day for underground parking

nice getaway

Very nice place in a quieter area of Whistler but still within walking distance to the Village. Place was clean and comfortable. Only one thing was we were there for 3 nights and there were only 2 coffee packages available. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Reasonably priced, convenient location and friendly service!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aspens in Whistler. The suite was clean and comfortable and the building is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful! Once we found the high speed fan in the bedroom closet our sleep was much better, the inside temperature was quite warm by the afternoon. The bedroom window didn't stay open and the screen detaches so we were worried about leaving it open and letting mosquitos/bugs in at night. We used some dishes to prepare meals, and found some of them were not clean and needed to be re-washed before cooking/using. The coffee was lovely for the morning but it would be nice to have some basic spices/condiments available and tea/sugar as well. We didn't find the salt/pepper until the last day because it was buried at the back of a drawer :) Lastly, it was a very nice touch to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and welcome note - the wine was wonderful, Thank you!

Get condo, great location only issue was TV in main room was glitchy. Difficulty connecting to apps like Netflix and Prime and difficulty staying connected. TV in bedroom without issues

Great stay

Great spot, true ski in/Ski out with a ski valet service; parking extra but worth it; literally 200ft above Blackcomb gondola and easy 10-15min walk to whistler village; bed comfy, kitchen well equipped…..would 1000% stay again

Great condo

This condo was very comfortable for two. Very clean! Love the Aspens and their location. Ski valet worked great for us. This condo is on the street side so there is some truck noise early in the morning. Overall, highly recommend!

Updated Unit, Good Value for Whistler

We have stayed in many units at the Aspens over the past several years. Location is good - just a walk down the hill to the base of Blackcomb and the Fairmont Hotel. Much quieter than the Village. Good bike storage, great hot tub and excellent (but pricey) parking. Unit was nicely updated, had everything we wanted but no BBQ.

The only thing that could be better, especially after seeing it has been recently renovated is if they were smart enough to put in AC!! It was really hot and unbearable inside until after dark. But over all place is clean and accommodating.

Nice location

We enjoyed the stay overall. The location was convenient and easy. Several dining options were available just a short walking distance from the condo but the unit was also well equipped for cooking. As described, there was no A/C which made the unit very hot even with fans that were provided. We had two expensive electric bikes that were foldable and were not used for Mtn. Biking as most bikes were. Although we understand the policy for no bikes in the room, it was disappointing that we couldn’t bring our small bikes to the room that had absolutely no dirt on them yet we saw several large dogs allowed in the units. I am a dog lover but this didn’t make sense to us. We also observed bikes on some other decks near our unit. This is just for informational purposes to others who may want to rent the units. Overall, the stay was beautiful and well worth our time for the visit!

Only thing that could be improved is that the bedroom blinds cannot be raised and Borge the bedroom window and livingroom window would not stay open more than an inch. With he heat that is an issue

Great slope-side stay

The location and cleanliness of the condo are great. Ski in/ski out with the proximity to walk to the main village. There is complimentary ski check, which we enjoyed. Parking is a little pricey but nice not to have to worry about your vehicle.

Ski in ski out, perfect location!

From the skiers perspective, the condo was a little small. We had some difficulty finding space up for all of our ski gear. Wall hooks or someplace to hang of clothing would’ve been helpful. On the positive side, the condo was very clean, well decorated and in perfect shape. We were very comfortable at the end of our wonderful ski days. One note: the condo patio door faces the front of the Aspen building. There is a fair amount of automobile activity throughout the day and the snow plows coming through around 530am every morning. We were satisfied with the apartment, would stay there again, and do recommend it!

Whistler/Blackcomb vacation

Great place. Ski in/ski out as advertised and one of the resorts closer to the bottom of the mountain so esaier to walk to town in the evening if you wish down on the snow. Unit had everything we needed. Hot tubs fabulous. Ski vallet very nice feature, included in price. Other guests very friendly. Only issues were that renting with VRBO and not through the hotel, when we needed an item for the unit and the front desk told us they don't provide service tp VRBO people and that we should call the owner and they should drive up and drop off what we needed. Needless to say we bought a bar of soap in town at Whistler instead of making the owner drive up for this. Also. the parking was out of left field. A parking space is always provided when I rent a unit for skiing. Here there is an extra fee per day. This as somewhat hidden in the VRBO listing. Not the end of the world but I don't think it was presented properly. People in hot tub said hotel renters through the hotel need to pay. Said owners get one space included in their ownership. I was wondering, why did this not carry over to the owners. VRBO rentals? In any event a very nice trip, marred by a late-week ski spill that sent me to the Vancouver hospital for surgury. Fantastic medical facilities for these tyes of things. But,, similar to above, when my wife needed help mshipping back the skis and boots the front desk said they were unable to offer any assistance. A bit troubling to a person in need.
