Looked for reasons to keep deposit

We arrived at property and had to wait an hour just too get in, the code they gave wasnt the right one. When we finally get inside we instantly notice how hot it was inside . So after trying to figure out whats wrong with thermastat we contact the host letting them know there is an issue with ac at this time i let them know i wasnt to happy about the door problem aswell . The host then calls vrbo telling them we are a problem from the getgo . We worked with them and waited a day and a half for them to fix ac. We have 2 little kids and had to have people in our rental during our vacation . So knowing it wasnt going to be fixed they had us buy 3 fans which i had to build at 12.30 at night . The one thing that stands out to me is the host texting me saying you guys have been a problem from the getgo and she contact vrbo letting them know that. The guests are a problem if you cant getinside your condo ???? Wow besides all this we contacted them ahead of time during storm and they assured us everything was and is fine And there is no state of emergency. Yet this is the ecuse they gave about the ac and door they blamed it on weather and they coudlnt forsee this happening ????? They had noone check the apartment before hand to make sure it was ok for us too arrive . They just keep telling us the pics showed it was in perfect condition .. Can you tell the door and tempiture of the apartment from a picture ? They lied to us beforehand then came up with excuses for there mi

Home away from home.

The check in process was smooth and the property was impeccable. The pictures don’t do the property justice at all. It overlooks the golf course, has an open concept living space and it is beautifully decorated. The location was also ideal for local tourist attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, the Duplin Winery, Tanger Outlets, and local shops like Food Lion, Target, CVS, etc. Without a shadow of a doubt, this property will be one I will book in the future for work conferences as well as leisure activities. Overall, it feels like you are at home. It is very quiet, very peaceful, but yet around a ton of things to do. I will definitely stay here again.

Centrally located in Myrtle Beach, we have two world-renowned golf courses right at our doorstep. Both seasoned pros and novice players can find a challenge to suit their skill levels. And we love that we can get to the beach easily and quickly, within 5 minutes.

Inside the light, bright, and airy interior exudes comfort and cleanliness. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind, featuring plush bedding, ample natural light, and decor that soothes the senses.

BBQ grills and picnic areas are located next to the outdoor pools. Myrtlewood is also convenient to area dining and attractions.

The Myrtle Beach Myrtlewood Condos are 1.5 miles from Ripley's Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is less than 7 miles away.
