Any issues we had were responded with quick replies by our host. The amenities such as internet and cable were a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything one would need. The view of the golf course was something to look forwards to in the morning. No restrictions on heating/cooling was a bonus especially with the cool weather we had.
