Gorgeous ocean front views await your perfect holiday stay at this beautifully decorated and appointed beach condo in Palmetto Dunes. Five star consistently rated vacation condo featuring lush landscaping, palm trees, and tropical flowers will entice your senses.

Tons of amenities to keep you busy include swimming pools at your steps, barbecue grills, white sandy beach for romantic moonlit walks, bike riding, kayaking, pickle ball, golf, and tennis await you.

Your beach condo features spacious accommodations that sleeps four with king size one bedroom with en suite jacuzzi bath, and second bathroom. Spacious over-sized living room with sectional sleep sofa, 65" flat screen television, and ample entertaining space. The kitchen is fully stocked for the vacationing cook complete with breakfast bar for informal dining! The dining room is stunning for romantic or family dining.

Your private oversized balcony off the master bedroom and living room has direct ocean views for morning coffee or sunset cocktails and outdoor dining.

We offer two beach cruisers for you to enjoy the miles of bicycle paths. It's just a short walk from your vacation home to the community tennis courts, kayak rentals, and pickle ball courts so you can leave your car behind. Transportation? The local "Dune buggy" is your transportation to the local restaurants, shopping and activities in Shelter Cove.

For the golfer, Hilton Head Island features 24 golf courses - 3 inside your Palmetto Dunes community.

Free WIFI, a full kitchen, sofa bed, elevator, and covered parking - just keep your parking pass on your dash.

Guest entry instructions - upon turning into the Community if you have not already received, make a right into the pass pickup location, state your destination and a pass will be issued, continue to your condo and the door will have an assigned entry code specific to your stay. Your privacy is important to us, but in case of an emergency we will be able to access the unit. We hope you enjoy your stay and feel free to reach out to us for any questions, we are local owners and enjoy boasting about the things to do in the neighborhood.
Palmetto Dunes will charge a gate pass fee for parking. If you would like to prepay, just let us know.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location! We only spent a few days, but hope to return soon. Thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the pool and beach. Ate many meals on the patio. Hope to return soon. Excellent communication with owner.

Great place to stay. Host was awesome and replied to any questions we had. I would recommend and will be staying here again. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great time of year to visit.

Excellent 1 bedroom second floor condo that was nicely appointed. It is close to the pool and beach. Less than a mile to the tennis and pickleball center. We would certainly rent here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property was clean, spacious, and centrally located. From the beach chairs and cooler, to the bin of items guests commonly forget to pack in the bathroom — and even a bag of popcorn in the pantry for a midnight snack —the owners thought of even the smallest of details to make our stay comfortable and worthwhile. The kitchen was well-appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the soaking tub was a nice perk. We were also grateful we could borrow the bikes and had an amazing days at the closeby beach and community pool. We hope to be back!

Great location with everything you need for a beach vacation. Two beach chairs were provided along with a cooler and two bikes. The host gave us great directions on getting to the property and the check in process. Access codes were provided making it very easy and convenient. The condo was excellent with everything you need and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and a large pool area. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, well equipped, nicely decorated. Very thoughtful in terms of amenities. The host was very responsive to all our questions. Would highly recommend. We hope to return!

Spacious and clean condo in a great residential community. Great walking paths in the community with access to three onsite restaurants and golf courses. Appreciated having the laundry appliances in the condo unit. Overall a great condo - definitely recommend it.

Perfect little getaway! The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable, decorated very nicely, and right on the beach. Great communication from host with check in information and a few questions we had about the area. Upon our arrival we found they had even left a bottle of wine and card for our anniversary. Will stay here again without hesitation!

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of amenities, and very well stocked. Bed was very comfortable as well as linens and towels were nice. Owners very responsive with good communication.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful condo, perfect for 2!

We loved our time in this condo! It is spacious, the patio is amazing and the bed is so comfortable. If we can ever sneak away from our kids again we will be back!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will definitely be back. This place was amazing and Jennifer was wonderful and answered any questions I might have. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. The location was great! We had so much fun riding bicycles on the paths in the resort, after a day at the beach! Would highly recommend!

Serenity and great beachfront

Had a wonderful time in your condo. We are not use to seeing the water thru the trees-Spectacular views. Also love the beautiful beach access in your back yard. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch each morning :)

Best rental on Hilton Head Island

My family and I have traveled to Hilton Head for the last 6 years. This is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The condo was super clean and well decorated. We will try to book this condo for many years to come. If you are hunting for the perfect condo, look no further than this one!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Perfect villa for our winter getaway,. Weather was great the entire month of February. Many thanks to our hosts Bob & Jennifer. The bottle of wine & snacks was a nice touch upon our arrival. We enjoyed the bikes provided and lounging on the balcony. Great villa and amazing location!

Great Condo!

This 1 BR was perfect for my wife and I. Centrally located to all the activities and our restaurants. This the 3rd time we have stayed in Pametto dunes and by far the best place yet. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Accomdations were very comfortable and attention to detai for the small things like wine, coffee, standard essentials and toiletries, beach chairs and towels; made our stay that more comfortable! Would defintely stay again.

10/10 stay. Perfect place to spend a few days celebrating an anniversary. The view is amazing - you can see the ocean, the landscaped gardens and the pool. We loved listening to the frogs at night on the balcony, which had great seating & looked new. We’ve been coming to Palmetto Dunes for over a decade and the Windsors are some of our favorite condos.Had a lot of nice, homey touches you don’t get with a hotel, like extra spices and more cooking utensils, beach cruisers, board games and a guest book and huge binder full of info about the island and things to do.The bed was very comfy - and I say this as someone with a new adjustable Tempurpedic at home! The furniture was comfy as well… at least 90% of my vacation decisions center around comfort so that’s a huge plus lol. Lastly, the hosts were wonderful and super responsive. We were coming from another property on HHI and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. Would definitely stay here again!
