Beautiful newly renovated luxury Beachfront Villa overlooking the Ocean!

New Listing! LUXURY Beach front villa overlooking the ocean and the award winning amenity center with two pools, large spa, exceptional fire pit, three oversized gas grills, outdoor picnic areas and a sun ledge overlooking the beach. Two minute walk to the private gate that takes you directly onto the beaches with over twenty miles of walking and biking directly on the beach. A Brand new Stearns and Foster king size bed, two new smart TV's, LVP flooring throughout, two brand new bathrooms with showers, large master closet, newer appliances and dishwasher, new washer dryer, addl small oven with air fryer. The kitchen has everything you need including a new coffee pot and Keurig. Also there is a queen size sleeper sofa and new roll away foam mattress bed when you might have some extra guests. The unit is close to 1050 sq ft so plenty of room to spread out with a large balcony where there is a new table and four chairs and two rocking type chairs to enjoy the views of the oceans, sunrises and the amenities. We just purchases this unit and plan to use it some of the time and rent it out so we are making sure it has all the right amenities and luxuries we know customers want when they are traveling. The location is outstanding with a short walk to the beach. and parking directly under the building. You can rent bikes only a block away to enjoy the beaches and over 18 miles of biking trails just inside Palmetto Dunes. This area has it all three championship golf courses with some holes directly on the ocean, outstanding clay tennis courts, great new pickleball center, ten restaurants onsite in Palmetto Dunes and some of the best restaurant on the Island only couple of miles away. There is also a fee shuttle to take you everywhere in the resort. So park your car and just enjoy what this fantastic area has to offer!

The condo is perfect and clean! The property is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again…central location to all HH attractions as well!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and roomy. Some basic supplies such as k-pods, coffee filters and paper and cleaning supplies were provided. Quiet building, unit overlooks the pool. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided along with some kid beach toys. Underground parking was a plus. Would stay there again.

This is a great unit. Has everything you need in the kitchen with a nice patio looking out to the pool and beach. Plenty of towels for the two full baths and plenty of beach towels too. Even had chairs for the beach and a noodle for the pool. The place is quite clean with large TVs and comfy beach decor. The host is very responsive too. We hope to be back next year!

Great location along the beach/ocean with easy access to the entire Island. Well stocked with all the amenities. Will stay here again on our next trip if it is available.

Favorite Week of the Year

This is the second time we stayed at the property and we’ll be returning again! The host is amazing and super responsive. The property is clean and there are many amenities. Fantastic location!

Hilton Head Vacation

The property was just as described. We had a wonderful time as it was just steps to the pools or the beach. The views from unit were beautiful and the resort is well kept. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.

2025 HHI Vacation

We just returned from a two week stay in this condo. It was wonderful. We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times and this was the best condo yet. The condo has everything you need. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean, beds were comfy, and the communication with Dave was excellent. This is our third year and we’ve stayed in PDs each time. This was our first time in this building and we’ll definitely be booking again.

July 4th week

We very much liked the property and the Villa. It was Very Nice!!!! My daughter and her husband and children stopped in while traveling to Disney and were quite impressed as well. We would definitely consider returning.

Perfect Retreat

My wife and I love coming to Hilton Head and have stayed at several places. Dave’s accommodations totally met and exceeded our needs over everywhere else. Warm, welcoming and complete with everything you need. We relaxed, forgot about life and submersed ourselves into each other celebrating our 24th Anniversary. We will be back.

Great stay

A very conveniently located unit in a nicely maintained complex. Being on the beach with a heated pool and hot tub was essential in an early Spring trip. Unit was very comfortable even for a family of 5. Sleeper sofa and twin roll out were very comfortable for our children. Also very nice that the unit has two bathrooms. Overall, a GREAT unit.

Summer Getaway

Beautiful view . Clean . Attentive host . Great for family of 4 . Building has great pools and short walk to beach which helps with the lugging of our beachb equipment Our college daughter was appreciative of the comfortable roll away bed . Will come back

Awesome Condo!

We loved our stay here! The description of the condo is spot on! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and relaxing! The kitchen is well-appointed, and the pots and pans are in great shape, which is a rarity. Furniture - to included bed - is very comfortable. Overall, the condo is clean and bright with beautiful views from inside and out on the patio. Highly recommend!

We want our guest to enjoy and villa, the great beaches, our amenites and the surrounding Palmetto Dunes area. We have managed several condos in Florida over the years but now have moved to the Hilton Head area and just purchased this beautiful waterfront villa. We look forward to you staying at our villa in this beachfront location with outstanding amenities.

We searched the whole island for months to find a villa or condo that would fit our needs when we want to go to the beach for the weekend. We live out in Margaritaville which is about thirty miles way

The building and amenity centers are newer, the villa was just renovated on 2022/2023. we added our personal luxury touches and added a new top of the line Stearns and Foster Hybrid bed which was important to us when we stay and know you will enjoy the comfort during your stay.
