Disney Family Vacation!
We needed a large enough house to fit our large family and this house was exactly it! We had plenty of space to spread out comfortably- plus the distance from the parks was unbeatable. Our complaints were the cleanliness (one bathroom we had to clean the shower which meant I had to go purchase cleaners), some of the rugs in the bathrooms were dirty, remotes were missing batteries or they were dead including the upstairs thermostat (everyone woke up sweating one night because it was off), ceiling fan remotes, tv remotes and gaming system controllers also included. Things were broken (top of kitchen sink faucet, bed in kids room, and one toilet seat. I spent a lot of the time taking photos to document things, searching through the night for batteries until we could go purchase new ones for the house (etc) that I felt like I was a property manager instead of on vacation which was frustrating. My family had a great time which is really important to me! However, for the sake of me being able to be on vacation and not feeling like I am working, I will try a new location and company - I would be too nervous for what I’d walk into staying here again.I will like to add that communication with staff was flawless and everyone was very kind. That was greatly appreciated!
