As our many 5-star reviews attest, we deliver clean and comfortable accommodations, and this review is not indicative of the experience we provide. This reviewer checked in later in the evening and abandoned the booking within about 30 minutes. She cited several issues that were easily correctable (dissatisfied with the slider door locking mechanism and a spider in the house). We arrived on the property within about half an hour (and around 9:00 p.m.) and quickly resolved her stated concerns. The main door lock was repaired. A reasonable person affords their host the opportunity to address minor, easily correctable items, and continues their stay. Unreasonable people try to use easily fixable issues as an excuse to abandon a property 30 minutes after arrival, fail to actually cancel their booking, and then make multiple demands for a refund. We delivered our customary outstanding customer service to quickly resolve her concerns. Under normal circumstances, a 30-minute on-site resolution response time at 9:00 p.m. would earn us a positive review. VRBO penalizes hosts who initiate cancellations. If a guest is dissatisfied with a home, it is incumbent upon them to initiate cancellation after considering applicable refund policies. This guest could have continued their stay but chose instead to leave.

Thanks! This home has been enjoyed by solo travelers, single couples, and groups of family's and friends. It's one of the few homes in Tucson that has 5+ bedrooms and 5+bathrooms and amazing views.

We purchased this home because we knew it would make for an amazing vacation home. It's very spacious and offers all guests privacy plus spaces to enjoy time together. The unobstructed city and sunset views are some of the best you'll find in Tucson.

This beautiful home is located high in the Catalina foothills and it sits nestled next to a hill to the east. Unusually heavy rains caused some dirt to erode and make its way over a small retaining wall and into the back yard and pool. This has never happened before, so we are raising the retaining wall 4' additional to prevent future issues. We cleaned up the property immediately and all back to normal!
