We loved the area; the property was ok. Pat was nice but communication was somewhat limited and we received a bill for a pet fee that wasn’t included in the rate.

Very cute property that is close to lots of restaurants but still off the main strip enough to be quiet. Host is very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

The place was nice, cozy and very clean. It was very relaxing to stay at and felt stress free during check-in and checkout. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I return to the area. The onsite parking was also perfect. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to really enjoy the area.

Great stay. The property owners are very smart and considerate of travelers and there needs. It was so nice to find a nice comfortable place that accepts/enjoys dogs.

Excellent lil place to stay if ur gonna be in the area for a couple days or so.. super clean,super cozy and had everything u could possibly need to be comfortable away from home. We are considering coming back to the area again sometime soon and will definitely be looking into staying here again. It was well worth the price and we loved the historic mansions all around the area.. we walked to dinner 2 out of the the 3 nights we were there and had pizza delivered one night.. all very convenient and budget friendly .

Great Pet-Friendly Rental

We had a great experience at this property. Pat was extremely responsive and helpful; our dog even had a toy and treat waiting for him when we checked in. The property was clean and located in a great spot for quick trips across the river to Louisville. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything Pat!

PGA AND WEDDING

This adorable little home was perfect for our attending the PGA Championship and our granddaughters wedding. What a nice historical area. Loved walking to town by the old mansions, so beautiful. Dinner with family at Agave and Rye. Great tacos!! This was one of our best VRBO rentals yet.

New Albany in the Spring

We were in for a funeral. Everything was perfect. Prompt communication, snacks/water, and a sweet welcome gift for us and our pup. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came down for a short weekend stay to visit friends. The house was very clean and there were treats waiting for us when we arrived. We brought our dog and she loved her treats as well. Patricia has a lovely home and made us feel welcomed.

In the Heart of Historic New Albany

The host though of everything - full stocked with snacks, drinks, paper-ware/toiletries, linens, etc so that we could check n and relax. Attentive to questions. Location is 1 block from Mansion row (Culbertson Mansion and Scribner House are must sees!) plus walkable shopping and dining options. We would highly recommend this rental for couple and furbaby.
