Just steps away from Old Forester’s Paristown Hall, Breaking Records is the perfect setting for your getaway to Louisville. Great location for exploring Highlands, downtown, and Germantown!

Louisville is known for breaking records as home to boxer Muhammad Ali, the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the University of Louisville and its Cardinals, and Louisville Slugger baseball bats, not to mention the thriving music scene!

Shotgun style home features 3 bedrooms, sitting/office area, bathroom, laundry, and eat in kitchen. Entire home is newly remodeled. Deck has patio furniture for outdoor dining and a fire pit. Yard is not completely fenced so dogs will need to be leashed but not tethered. There is a security camera on the front and back porch. Steps are required to enter the home but once inside, it is all 1 level.

Delightful!

The house was perfect for our weekend in Louisville. It's nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and hearing music from nearby Paristown Hall. It was actually loud enough to hear inside the house, but got quieter after 10 PM.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and within walking distance of a lot of cool places including restaurants, antique/flea market, brewery, and concert venue. We chose the place because it was so close to Old Forrester's Paris Town Hall. We plan to book this place again next time we're in Louisville.

Cute and cozy

This property was everything needed for our 3 day stay. The area is being revitalized and has a cute cafe within walking distance. We had 6 in our family plus a dog. There were dog treats waiting and a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and the check-in and out process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.

good location, cozy house

we had a good stay! There were no curtains or blinds in the kitchen for privacy and the thermostat would randomly turn the temperature up in the middle of the night. But, the location was a cute area with a lot of weekend activity, and the house was cozy.

Great Location!

If you're planning a visit to Paristown for one of their many amazing events, this location couldn't be better! Plus, it's a comfy space that's super clean with all of the amenities. This home is within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants, too. Plus, Lauren is an awesome host ... very responsive and helpful.

Perfect place to stay with a pup

This home was a great place to explore Louisville and have your fur baby comfortable! The host was very quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. The home is setup so perfectly if you have a dog. The back yard is perfect for quick potty breaks and the neighborhood made for great walks. All of the conveniences as if you were staying at a friends house from luggage racks, hangers, coffee and snacks. Way more than I expected that made our stay very comfortable! The area is definitely diverse but we never felt unsafe. Highly recommend trying some of the gastropubs nearby as well! The drive to downtown is only 5-10 minutes and close to highways. A perfect home base while exploring. Parking was never an issue, we parked on the street in front of the home our entire stay.

Perfect house for a fun getaway!

The location was close to everything we needed and was easy to park our car. We loved listening to bluegrass from the outdoor concert at Christy’s Garden from the back porch. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and linens were so nice.

Louisville Stay

My husband and I had a lovely time in Louisville. The house was comfortable and spotless and the owner has thought of everything. We loved the music theme decorations. The house had a brand new deck and was set up perfectly to sit outside and relax. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

Had a wonderful time and Lauren was an amazing host! She thought of ALL of the little things - check in was super easy, the house was perfect for our family and two dogs, so many wonderful little touches (snacks, extra toiletries, wood for the fire pit, treats for the doggies!) which made us feel so special! And she was so easy to communicate with. Thank you Lauren! Recommend to all!

Music Memories

We had tickets to a concert just right across the street. Once parked at the house no need to drive unless you want to. Location is perfect, area was safe, neighborhood was friendly the host was extremely giving and kind, the house was super cute. The home is very well decorated , the bed is comfy and has plenty of hot water for showers. Once fence is put up around the back it will be even more magnificent. You won’t be disappointed, just do it!!!

Great property in great location!

We had a great time at this cute house! The host is very responsive and goes out of her way to check in. The property is super clean, and it’s close to most of Louisville’s best tourist attractions. Our pup also had a wonderful stay!

Very tidy and comfortable.

I have no complaints about this house. It was a little cozy, but it was perfect for my quick stay for work. I was struck by how clean and tidy it was, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. My communications with the host seemed a little terse, and VRBO itself, the app, was a complete nightmare. Overall I chose it because it was pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me.

Great stay in Louisville!

This property was great for our weekend stay! It was a great size for my wife, dog, and me, and the owner made it so welcoming! The property location was great, and if we go back to Louisville we hope to stay here again!
