The island kitchen opens up to a very large deck, with a beautiful grill. This home is ideally located and close to both bay and ocean beaches.
No smoking or pets allowed. No parties. No glassware outside (we have an ample amount of plastic stemware and dinnerware). Must comply with town noise ordinances. Families/couples only - with booker being a minimum age of 30+ yrs old *Guests required to have verified ID, & positive reviews * Signing of a rental agreement required. 12 person max - No more than 5 cars are allowed at the property. Pool will be open till end of September. Home has outdoor security cameras covering pool, deck, backyard and driveway/front areas.
