Tucked in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to US 60, Loop 202, and 101, you'll be just minutes from hospitals, golf courses, hiking trails, and top East Valley attractions. After a busy day, kick back and recharge in your cozy retreat.
Inside You'll Enjoy:
• A spacious master suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and 55” Smart TV
• A second bedroom with a comfy queen bed and Smart TV
• An open-concept living area with a Lovesac sofa that converts to a full-size bed
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, dine, and feel at home
• Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for work and entertainment
• In-garage laundry with detergent provided
• Extras available upon request: Pack N Play & premium queen air mattresses
Step Outside To:
• A private backyard with a shaded swing and BBQ
• Access to a nearby community pool, hot tub, and children’s playground—just a short stroll away

I fell in love with this neighborhood when I purchased the home in 2013. What drew me in was its tranquil atmosphere and the sense of safety it offered. I’ve always enjoyed taking late-night strolls here without any worries, which speaks volumes about the peaceful environment and the friendly, respectful neighbors.
One of my favorite features was the expansive backyard, perfect for my dogs at the time. It provided them with a wonderful space to play and explore. Even though I’ve since moved to another part of town, I couldn’t bear to part with this gem. I’m thrilled to share it with others, so you too can experience the serenity and charm that made me fall in love with this neighborhood.
