Beautiful Indian Lake with canal leading to Crystal River and the Ocean.

This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great in the showers. The pier where we doctor boat was very convenient nice deep water, beautiful springs and a beautiful view.

The beautiful Indian Lake property was homey, convenient and beyond expectations. June was a wonderful host. When I had a question she responded quickly. I would definitely stay again. I will refer the property to others.

Amazing Lake House

Our stay was amazing! As soon as you walk up to the front door the view is amazing! The check in process was easy peasy also! If their would of been an issue, they had an alternative eay to get in. (We didnt have to us!) As a Family of 5 we had ebough soace and enjoined our time with fishing, using the paddleboat, and just relaxing! I wish we had more time because their is just so much do in crystal river and we were close to everything! Definitely will be booking again next year!

Had a wonderful time in Crystal river. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a great weekend! Loved the waterfront view and the comfy sunroom. Would stay there again.

Beautiful water view

Our check in was very smooth. We enjoyed our time there. Beds were comfortable and nicely decorated with pretty comforters. We enjoyed being on the water and seeing the wildlife.

Crystal River manatee trip 2025

Our group was 3 couples returning to Crystal River for our 3rd year to kayak with the manatees. This house was an ideal location. We kayaked the canal right behind the house and then only a 5 minute car trip to Hunter Springs where we launched to visit Three Sisters Springs. We also brought our e-bikes and we were able to bike to several restaurants restaurants and spots in Crystal River.

The property is in a perfect location for us with a beautiful canal ride to the river and gulf. Great water views from the living room, Florida room, and one of the bedrooms. Mrs. June was the kindest person us and we thank you for our stay. We definitely would stay again.

Relaxation with a view

This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel, and I don’t think we’ll be renting hotels anymore. June was fantastic, quickly answering any questions that I had before we arrived. After a long day of flying cross country we got in to the house after dark, and the directions were super easy to find the house. When we woke up in the morning, the view was wonderful! I had a cup of tea and just watched the water from the sunroom (this became the morning ritual!) My teen boys loved watching for turtles, fish, and breaching manatees out back. The house is close to everything (shopping, groceries, great food, fun places to visit, etc). All of the beds were really comfortable, the neighborhood is nice and dark at night, and it’s quiet! Coming from the country we really appreciated the lack of noise. The house has everything you need and feels loving and loved in. We never even turned on the tv because there was so much exploring to do. We all agreed this was so much better than hotel life!
