This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

The Lake view was wonderful! Furnishings are very comfortable. Host was very responsive. The home is dated but very comfortable with plenty of space. Would stay here again.

Great place with the boat ramp right near the house and a good dock to put the boat at. The only issue we had was the driveway was not useable/ It appears the city or someone decided to re-concrete or run utilities on several homes on the street including our home. With a 30 foot boat trailer and a truck that posed a problem. Other than that great place to stay and would stay there again for sure.

Very very clean. Everything you need. Great fishing from the backyard. Owner is very responsive. Stayed there in Jann26, and Feb26. Nice town and good restaurants. Thanks very much for a great vacation

Great location near state park, very clean and special home. The owner was was easy to communicate with, and the sunroom was especially enjoyed. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful view

Had a wonderful time in Crystal river. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a great weekend! Loved the waterfront view and the comfy sunroom. Would stay there again.
