View of natural spring and Manatees from property, gas grill for cooking out, large lot for parking truck/trailer, 2nd story balcony that overlooks the Crystal River. Right around the corner from Plantation. Access to large floating dock for swimming, boat parking and kayak launch. 2 tandem and 2 single kayaks included with rental.

Really cute place in a quiet area, right on the River so you can relax on the balcony looking over the water (boats, manatees and more in view); plus we enjoyed using the included kayaks !

Fantastic place right next to the water. Has everything you need, including a little dishwasher, binoculars, and kayaks. The kayaks were especially great as it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the water and it's wildlife whenever we wanted.

The property is very clean and comfortable. Loved the location and proximity to a public boat ramp even if the launch fees were a bit high (this had nothing to do with the property or property owner). I was under the impression that the dock was connected to the house and not next door. I may not have read the description thoroughly. Regardless we had a great time and would return.

Apartment has everything you will ever need for a comfortable stay. This was our second year at the boat house and plan in coming back in 2027.

It has been many years since I raised my sons in Crystal River, and although we’ve visited often, this trip was something special — just my husband and me with our five young grandchildren. This property is truly AMAZING. The house itself has a bit of a “campy” feel, but as a stilt home perched on a point, it offers delightful views and unforgettable sunsets over Kings Bay.The small cove between the large neighborhood dock and the house was alive with marine life. We saw multiple manatee every single day, and one afternoon a dolphin swam right into the cove to fish. We sat on the dock in absolute astonishment as she leapt out of the water to catch her prey. It was incredible.Kings Bay is simply beautiful, and the provided kayaks were such a thoughtful touch — perfect for exploring the water and enjoying the natural surroundings.We had a thrilling and memorable long weekend, thanks to the stunning natural beauty of this very special place and the hospitality of our attentive hosts. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic Crystal River experience.

Location, Location.

Great location, perfect spot for wildlife, views, beach,boat rentals, and restaurants. Private and beautiful, Manatee's galore. Would definitely stay again.
