This property sits on a beautiful piece of land with great views of the Yellowstone River. Although it is on a main road, it is very quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well appointed and on banks of river, what a wonderful view. Saw two elk in middle of river in the morning ! Highly recommend!

This house was the perfect place to stay close to the north entrance of Yellowstone. We enjoyed the town of Gardiner and were very comfortable with the accommodations.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The house was very clean and all amenities were provided. The owner was very responsive and communicative as well! The only con: the house is not very well-lit in the dark and can be a little hard to identify if you arrive past sundown.

The location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone via the North entrance. The house was very clean and the host was very accessible. Beds were very comfortable. While we really didn't spend much time at the house, we would stay again.

Wonderful riverfront stay with access to Gardiner and Yellowstone

This property is very clean and very close to Gardiner and the North Yellowstone entrance. The yard and river access are a bonus and everything is very clean and user-friendly.

The house is located on the beautiful river and was very comfortable and clean. The property manager was very responsive to questions asked. The house was well equipped for cooking and bathrooms were well stocked. Excellent house for 6 adults and close to park.

10 out of 10 highly recommended. The house was perfectly located and very clean. The master bedroom bed was so soft that we slept like a baby. The view of the river from the front porch is stunning plus the elk hang out in this area a lot. I would definitely bring my family back to stay here. Thank you Carman for your hospitality

Wonderful base for Yellowstone

The house was as advertised ... clean, nice, and fully functional. Most importantly for us, it was an easy drive to Yellowstone's north entrance (easier than the most used West Yellowstone) and Gardiner was a great little town.

Terrific Place

The place is great, with mountain and river views. The elk and birds in the yard were a bonus. Very convenient to north gate into Yellowstone.

Beautiful River Location

The house was very clean, roomier than the pictures show, and the location was excellent- right on the river and just north of Gardiner. Great location for extended family with kids to hang out and relax.

Best views of any rental!

We had a great stay. Great wildlife. House is clean and well kept and exactly as the listing shows! Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great Riverside House

We stayed here for the second half of our visit to Yellowstone National Park. Just 5 minutes from Gardiner and the park gate, yet you fee as though you are out in the wild when looking at the river view from the deck and living room. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything from coffee to laundry detergent. Carmen was a great host, and always responded quickly to messages.

Great Location!

Loved the property. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on patio and looking at the river. House was only a few minutes from the yellowstone entrance. The house was also extremely clean.

Awesome property and awesome host

Property was exactly as advertised. Great views of the river and wildlife surrounding the area. House was very clean and we did our very best to keep it that way. Accommodated 5 adults with plenty of space to spare. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
