Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed.

Every detail of this home's design and decor has been thoughtfully considered for STR guests. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The Silver Lake location was a perfect fit for our travel plans. Street parking (with the neighborhood permit) was easy and many amenities are within walking distance. The terrific view were an added bonus, especially at sunset!

We loved staying at this wonderful house. Super comfortable bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Sunny. Excellent location. Tim was fantastic at responding in a timely fashion to all requests.

Nice house but musty smell aggravated allergies and ruined our stay

Very nice home with many amenities we enjoyed. However a strong musty smell aggravated my allergies and asthma and made it difficult to enjoy the property. I had to load up on medication to deal with exacerbated asthma and sinus problems. I suspect the atypical heavy rains in CA caused issues with water damage and maybe standing water in basements that just doesn’t normally happen. The location was nice and convenient to great coffee shops and easy drive to top site-seeing spots. If the musty air smell could be solved it would be very nice property.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry to hear that you had a musky smell. We did send a professional to inspect the musky smell but found nothing. The abnormally heavy rain that fell that period was probably the reason for your experience. Glad you enjoyed the stay other than that!

Perfect location

We loved the location of this home as well as how bright the unit was. Once we figured out the front door lock entry was simple. Parking was easy to find on the street out in front using the parking pass provided. The property as displayed on VRBO was accurate. The only complaints were that the bathroom sinks, and the kitchen sinks have horrible water pressure. In addition, there is a window in the secondary bedroom bathroom that provides a clear view of the house next door. I would recommend that the window be covered with film, which would provide more privacy.My only other issues were that the communication with the owner was poor, sometimes taking as long as 7 hours before any reply to our message. All in all, I would highly recommend the unit for its location and lovely interior and exterior.

Great comfortable home in great location

The home is very nicely designed, with all the things you would need and modern comfortable furniture. It feels very clean and put together, and was a real joy to stay in. The beds were quite comfortable as well. The outdoor area was also nice, with some nice fairy lights to light it up at the nighttime. The location is also really nice, as it is on a quieter street but just 2 blocks away from many of the top restaurants and bars of Silverlake. A great stay overall!

Awesome property

We chose this location as it was close to Dodgers Stadium for the final Elton John concert. Turns out it's close to everything we did. You could literally be anywhere you wanted to go within 20 minutes. We will definitely return!!!

Great Location close to Sunset

On our recent trip to LA, there were two couples for 10 days. This house accommodated us well with 2 bdrms and two en-suite bathrooms. The open floor plan with city views was great. The house is very close to sunset so very walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The ability to have a large dog was awesome. Tim was quick to respond to any questions. I’d stay here again.
