Private and separated studio within home on view property, just under Mulholland Drive. Private entrance with your personal guest codes. Walk to the top of Runyon Canyon Park. Great location: 6 minutes from Hollywood Blvd, and 7 minutes from Ventura Blvd in Studio City. Completely equidistant. 2 day minimum. Laundry and Pool available for guests of a week or more. Pets welcome (if you are allergic to cats, there is one in the house that you would't see, but might feel). Electric Car & Tesla Charging Available if I know in advance.

The property was a nice little getaway from the city. I enjoyed my morning walks down Runyon Canyon and Chitra was very kind and accomodating.

Perfect location close to all the fun spots in West Hollywood but it feels like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of LA. Great host, cute room and a very nice scenic backyard. Best trip to LA we've taken and will absolutely be back.

Lovely studio and bath at the end of a canyon in the Hollywood Hills. Perfect for a couple. Quiet, meticulously clean, nice bed and bath; and stocked with all kinds of amenities - from a complete Nespresso coffee set up through Dove bars and other snacks in the refrigerator. We could sit out on the porch in the morning sunshine, surrounded by flowers and hummingbirds. Chitra was attentive, almost instantly responsive to inquiries by text and entirely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended for a stay in L.A.

Ideal guests: friendly, communicative and responsible. They even refilled my hummingbird feeders for me! I always want to give guests privacy, because that is how I feel more comfortable when I stay at an AirBnB as a renter. I hope that wasn’t rude! I am not experienced enough to tell which guests would prefer to meet the hosts, so I err on the side of being out-of-sight. However I regret not having introduced myself to you guys, it would have been nice to meet!

This was the perfect amount of space for me and my husband. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size. Chitra responds quickly and it was only about 15 minutes to Universal Studios. Be careful driving the Hollywood Hills as they can be very narrow and there are a lot of walkers and dogs not on leashes but the views are great!

Chitra was a terrific host. She was very communicative and available. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely decorated. There was a mini fridge stocked with water, soda and chocolate. There were adequate supplies in the closet (coffee maker, dishes, napkins, etc.). The only negative for me was not having a lot of space for our two large suitcases. We typically travel light but this was an extended trip with multiple stops. If you have carry on size bags, you should be fine.The location is high in the canyon with narrow, twisty roads. We did not have any problems driving in and out, but be aware if you are not comfortable driving these roads. Parking was easy but we were glad we had a smaller sedan for our rental car.

Wonderful place! Great location, and extremely clean. Every thing is well organized and noted. Host of the place very alert on how things were going throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect location close to Hollywood with views of the city during the drive up the hill. The Owner Chitra is 5 Star host and very attentive to any guest needs you may have. The bed and linens were very comfortable with amazing water pressure in an oversized remodeled shower. Espresso was at iur ready with additional cold dri ks in the mini-fridge. Dont waist your time staying anywhere else

Very kind and responsible and altogether great guests. I think it’s nice for guests when they don’t have to run into the hosts, so I am very conscious of staying away, but in this case I wish I had actually introduced myself because Rick seemed like a lovely fellow!
