SeaOtz is a luxurious Gulf front home located in the lovely beach community of Frangista Beach. Surrounded by all that Destin has to offer. Walking distance to retail, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee shops and so much more! 5 minute drive to the Silver Sands Outlets and The Commons Mall, which includes a new state of the art theater, Bowling alley/Arcade, Bass Pro Shop, Starbucks and a multitude of boutique retail as well as big names like Bass Pro William Sonoma, Victoria Secret, Forever 21 and the list goes on and on. Soon you will be mesmerized by the famous emerald waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast that are right in your backyard. This three-story home will comfortably sleep up to twelve people. On the first floor is a quiet bedroom with a queen-sized bed while the second floor welcomes you into the living room with a state of the art theatre, new Pottery Barn couches and a table that can seat 12 easily. This perfect entertaining house features a well-equipped kitchen that opens into the dining and living rooms. You and your guests will enjoy the large balconies to experience the incredible views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Your luxurious master bedroom features a therapeutic whirlpool tub, procate balcony abd gulf views for days. First guests room on the third floor has a queen bed while the other guest room includes two twin trundle beds. And for added convenience there is a second laundry room located on the third floor as well. With your own private pool and patio, this home is the answer to all your vacation needs. Later, enjoy all the dining, shopping and entertainment that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Sunday arrival and departure are required during peak season. Bed Sizes: First Floor: 1 queen, 1 sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, living area. Second Floor: Living Room, dining room, kitchen - Third Floor: Master Bedroom - King Third Bedroom: Fourth Bedroom - (2) Twin Trundle. Great Home and Location

We had a great trip at this rental property. The house was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we had no issues with anything during our stay. The location is fantastic with uncrowded beaches and restaurants near by.

Great Spring Break Beach House for Families!

Perfect Location!

This home has been the perfect location for our family for the past 3 years! You can't beat the view and convenience of having a pool right on the beach. What we love most is the privacy of the property. Also, the responsiveness of the property manager is great. I highly recommend!

Beautiful

It was a very beautiful place! The veiw was amazing it was close to all kinds of fun places and great food. I will definitely stay here again next year! We go to Florida every year this is by far my favorite place to stay. If i could rate this place 10 star's i would! I loved the two ovens and the ice maker in the kitchen. See yall next year!!!

Last minute change that was awesome

We had headed to our St. George island vacation and the island was evacuated. I was able to get this place and worked with Taylor. He got us in and was so helpful. Beautiful place and great accommodations. Beach and pool were fantastic. Kitchen is amazing. They have everything. We will be back!!!

Great location

The property was large enough to accommodate our large family. Very comfortable! Location was perfect. Having the beach right out the back door was so convenient. Check in was very easy. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the home. For the price you pay, the home should be clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time.

Great family trip

Loved this home. Great layout for our 2 daughters-SILs + grandson and us for 5 night stay. Beautiful beach steps away, great views from multiple porches, Pascalli's a wonderful diner, Bad Ass Coffee and more right across the street. Pool was fantastic, plenty big and very private. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had a wonderful time!

Excellent location on the beach and across the street from a great coffee shop and a cafe with yummy food. Private pool is terrific. Host very responsive to all questions and needs.

Outstanding Property

Great location with wonderful pool. Great privacy, well equipped kitchen and good beds. Walking distance to two bar and grills with coffee and a great little diner across the street. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay (5 adults and 3 children). You cannot beat the location and the views!! Communication with the host was very timely and helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needs. The pool was amazing. We will be back for sure!!

Paradise

The pictures do not do this home justice. The location could not be any better. Walking across the street for coffee and lunch and ice cream is amazing. The pool is one of the biggest ones we’ve ever had around Destin. Tons of space for everyone to have their own privacy. And speaking of privacy it’s like you have the beach and ocean to yourself. There’s a private home on one side and townhomes on the other. The decor in the home leaves something to be desired but the furniture and beds are very comfortable and the views are the best ever! Dolphins and stingrays almost daily! Heaven on earth!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

We were so excited to find this property online and available during a busy week in Destin. Everything that was mentioned in the ad along with the reviews was 100 accurate. This home was perfect for our 4 families. It was clean, the property manager was very communicative and very helpful before and during our stay. This property was directly on the beach and had a large pool perfect for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This a great house in a perfect location. This stretch of beach felt less crowded, even during spring break. True beachfront with amazing porch views on every level. Heated pool is also beachfront. Private, well -spaced from neighbors. Across the street is ice cream, breakfast, coffee, beach store. Comfortably slept 4 adults and 6 kids. This house does have 2 pack n plays and several beach towels. Taylor communicated well and honored our requests including additional heating of the pool during our chilly April week. Kitchen could benefit from some new knives/pots and pans/tupperware but was functional for our needs. Older house in a prime location. We will definitely stay here again!

Fall getaway

My 4 kids and I stayed here the week after Thanksgiving. This house was amazing. Had tons of room and couldn't keep the kids out of the pool. The beach is right off the deck and views are perfect at sunset. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Definitely have the pizza across the street. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

EXCELLENT!!! We have stayed in many beachfront homes before, however, this one takes the cake! There is absolutely nothing I can say wrong about this property. The owner was wonderful and even came to help out at the pool after the rains before we arrived. Very pleased with EVERYTHING … a definite place for friends and family to gather! Location was great

Upon arrival, the house was great. The manager of the property was very accommodating and allowed us to checkin early. The house itself needs a lot of TLC. The kitchen is great but, cleanliness was just ok. There were multiple appliances but realized quick because they don’t all work. I am not going to go into detail but a little updating consolidation and attention would make this house perfect.

Just OK.

This house could be great BUT fell short of our expectations. It’s is poorly maintained- kitchen drawers falling off the hinges, a ground floor door that wouldn’t lock, broken blinds, loose toilets (just to name a few). Cleanliness was fair at best - dusty fans and blinds, moldy master shower head. The pool was dirty upon arrival but was cleaned the next day and we were told he comes every Monday. With all that being said, we loved the porches, the view and private pool. The floor plan was nice with plenty of room for our 10 people (ages 1-75). The location was within walking distance to a coffee shop and a great local restaurant but the street is super busy. Not necessarily a negative just a FYI.

Unbelievable home in a tropical paradise!

From the moment you pull up to this home you’ll be impressed. Sea Otz is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath stunner in a very upscale neighborhood, directly on the white sand beach right in the heart of Miramar. After exploring the area we understood how rare it is to have a private heated pool directly on the beach. It might actually be the only one in the area. The feel of the pool area is very private and has a hotel feel to it. The inside of the house is much more spacious than the pictures show. The first floor has a bedroom, living room and private full bath. Perfect if your traveling with mother in law like we were. It also opens up to the pool, balcony and walk right out to the beach. Then the next level is a large Living room/dining room and kitchen. Tons of seating and open concept living that opens up to a huge balcony that overlooks the emerald waters and white sand beaches. Then the top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It was plenty of space for my large family of 9. It’s nice to have all the bedrooms close together like that when you have kids. The top floor has even more balconies and lots of windows to take in the breathtaking views. The house is very comfortable and homey feeling. The bathrooms are all beautiful and the home was super clean. We really loved the area. Tons of conveniences, 2.5 miles to Whole Foods, 1 mile to Winn Dixie, right across the street from a coffee shop and diner. I love to run and I ran down next to the beach every day and it was so beautiful. It’s a great neighborhood. The host was super responsive and kind. My family and I do a lot of traveling and vacationing and this home and location deserves more than 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed.

Great location, house needs some improvements for cost

We were in a pinch to book a house and when booking for Thanksgiving week this was one of the last standing ocean front properties which is very important to us. I give this house a 3.5. Let me preface this by saying we have been coming to Destin for 26 years 2x a year so have stayed in tons of rentals. Pros: Location. Right on the beach. Right across the street from DQ, Bad Ass Coffee and breakfast place. Went there often. Noise level is decent. House was very clean. Sheets were soft and all mattresses seemed to be new. Private beach with not too much traffic. They left cleaning supplies which was really nice. Spoke with property manager a few times on text and once on the phone. He was responding until he didn't. I gave him the opportunity and gave him feedback and no response. Honestly I feel like they owe me some of my money back. 1. We paid $60 a day to heat the pool and it NEVER got warm. He said it was 80-82. That is not warm in November when one day temps were in the 40's. Had I known 80 was the max I would never had paid for it. At best a cool bath water. I mentioned to him that it didn't feel warm and if that was all it was going to get to I wanted to not pay for the other days. He said it wouldn't go over 82 but we have the exact heater at home with a bigger pool and it goes over 90. 2. The pool was dirty. I took pictures for him but he never responded. When you pay top dollar for a home with a pool you expect to use it. 3. AC never would turn below 72. I sleep at home with it on 70. One day it got pretty steamy and we were hot at night. They control the thermostat and again for 8k plus a week I think I should be able to turn it to 70. 4. Sometimes you got a hot shower, other times you didn't. We couldn't figure out that but somebody needs to check plumbing. Tons of outlets did not work in the bedrooms. The master bedroom is DARK. Add lights. Propane was empty so I had to spend my own money to replace it for the next guest. Master bed squeaks on every single turn. Didn't sleep well even with new mattress. Downstairs pullout is nasty. Time to put some money in furniture and not just the two couches upstairs. The outdoor furniture is not what is pictured. Old and rusty. Wood deck hurts your feet and at any moment you are waiting for splinters. These might seems nit picky but when you pay top dollar, you expect top dollar. This house has so much potential. We would not stay here again for the price.
