This awesome Beach House with Gulf and lake view's has private beach access. Enjoy the tropical breezes from any of the five bedrooms, four of which have their own private full bathroom. This beautiful property consists of over 3100 square feet of comfortable living space. There are 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is only a short pleasant stroll (no main roads to cross) to Destin's famous white sands and emerald green waters. Perfect for a family beach vacation or a couples' get together. This home offers something for everyone. Relax in the sun on any one of the many balconies/decks around the home, sip a cold beverage by the onsite resort size pool while watching the sunset or simply reading a book on your balcony. This property was perfect for our group of 11. It was my niece’s 21st birthday and it was perfect for all! I definitely would stay here again. Perfect house, perfect location, and wonderful amenities with The Crescent resort next door.

Multi family of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and were very comfortable staying in the 4 rooms. We cooked 3 dinners here- great pots, pans, utensils (can opener was broken as well as toaster just toasted on one side). Some furniture was worn- couches and one of the posts on the four poster bed was broken, but looked like brand new carpet in the upper floor. We loved sitting out on the balconies before breakfast and after dinner. We had easy check in with the condo association to get wristbands for access to the pool and beach. There are some beach toys like buckets, shovels, chair, umbrella and boogie boards to use. We ended up not renting a car and were able to walk 1.5 mile radius to shops and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Destin.

Very nice property with plenty of space for the 11 of us that stayed!

We loved the easy walk to the pool and beach. The pool area was beautiful and never crowded even in mid July!

Had a great time!

There were 10 of us and the house was beautiful, especially the 2nd floor, where everybody got together. Plenty of space and the pool/ocean were just steps away.

Check-in was smooth and the location is excellent. We enjoyed having access to the resort pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues upon arrival. The shower door was broken, the dishwasher was not working, and one of the couches in the main living area was damaged. Future guests should also be aware that very few basic essentials are provided. There was only one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, and no laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. At this price point, I expected these standard items to be included. Because the dishwasher was broken and the kitchen was minimally stocked, we had to spend a considerable amount on basic supplies, paper products, and even some disposable cookware just to prepare meals. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. The most disappointing part of our experience came after checkout. We were charged 250 for a front door lock the host claimed we had broken, even though it worked properly when we left and we locked the door behind us. We were also charged an additional 100 cleaning fee because seven small pieces of trash were found throughout the house.Overall, we managed to enjoy our vacation because of the great location and resort amenities. However, the lack of basic accommodations, maintenance issues, and what we believe were unfair charges after checkout left us disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not choose to return.
