Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the tropical views beyond. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Conveniently located on the first level, this king room lies steps away from the sparkling, shared pool. The room is complete with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and en suite private bathroom with a shower. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room to enjoy the island beauty without having to go too far.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Cool your senses in the pool surrounded by vibrant foliage or catch some rays on the breezy 2nd floor sundeck. These accommodations are conveniently location to all the Duval St. action making a bike ride or stroll the perfect way to get around. Should you have a vehicle, off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.
