The house and property was great for our little dog. The neighborhood was quiet even with it being the 4th of July. The house was very clean and very quaint. We would definitely stay here again!

Affordable and Pleasant Stay

Had a really nice stay at this property. Owners were quick to respond to anything we needed, and were really concerned that we have a good experience in their home! Very clean home and a very quiet neighborhood too.

1st visit to the area

Comfortable bed. Great location close to everything Grand Traverse has to offer. Hit the ATV trail from the house. Great stay.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rental as well as the amenities that were offered. There was a lot of kitchenware provided as well as towels and linens. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy quiet cottage in great location

Great cottage with just what you need. Lori was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when things came up or had a question during our stay. The house is also very close to the horse show grounds (5 minutes away) which as also incredibly convenient for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family home!

This home was perfect for our family of 5 & dog vacation! The home was very clean and comfortable for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our dog appreciated the fenced in back yard. The house had everything that we needed for a stress-free vacation! We would most definitely stay here again!!

Great location for TC horse shows.

Loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. Access to the yard from the back room would be ideal but either way it was great! The house is old but so nicely appointed and very clean. Comfy beds too! Lori was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would be happy to return!

Nice refuge from home renovations!

I stayed here during flooring upgrades at my home home a few miles away. The kitchen is well equipped and my dog loved the spacious, fully fenced backyard. The neighborhood is peaceful and leafy but convenient for M-72 and only 20 mins into downtown Traverse City. I didn’t use the fire pit or gas grill, but would have if staying longer.

Great location

This house is in a great location just outside of Traverse City so you can avoid the crowds, yet a short drive to anywhere you’d want to go. Everything was stocked well and Lori was very responsive. Also, the beds were super comfortable! Would stay here again.

Cute Little House

This house is absolutely adorable! We loved having the fenced in backyard for our 2yo and dog. The only downside was that it was very hot the two main days of our stay and the whole house is not air conditioned. There are only air condition units in the bedroom windows. This was not mentioned on the listing. Other than that, it was perfect!

Lori’s home is absolutely adorable in every way ! It was exactly what we needed for my daughters bachelorette slumber party . Relaxing ..inviting … we enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch and making s’mores in the very spacious backyard ! 12 out of 10 would recommend !! I will be suggesting her home to friends and family coming to town for the wedding . Thanks again Lori for everything ❤️

Quaint and Comfortable

We loved this house. Quaint, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Quiet neighborhood less than 10-minutes to Grand Traverse Resort and 20 to Traverse City. Great yard. We enjoyed a cozy dinner party for 4 on the back porch. Beware of no TV transmission - not just no cable. If you care, bring your connector and cables. We had a hard time finding in stock - $100 for phone and connector and cable but once we found we were able to connect into our DirectTV and FUbol accounts.

Off the beaten path

The home was welcoming and clean. Loved that original walls, floors, doors, etc. remained throughout the property. Front room was cozy. We enjoyed a meal out on the deck and making smores in the fire pit! Our little fur baby LOVED having the big fenced in yard all to himself. He has missed this since we moved from Maryland three years ago into a sub that does not allow fences. :(
