Andrea was a great host at the Gunpost Suite. The Apartment is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our 10 day stay. It was so hot in Malta while we were here and the Air Con never missed a beat! It was a huge life saver keeping us cool and comfortable after the long hot days and steamy nights around this beautiful city and magical island. The Apartment was perfectly equipped for everything we needed!It was located a short walking distance to many restaurants and shops in a very quiet neighborhood and felt very safe.The Beds were the most comfortable that we have slepted on during our 3 month European adventure! We would would highly recommend staying here!Thanks again Andrea!

We loved our stay at Andrea's place. It was situated perfecrty for us. Andrea was the perfect host. We woukd definitely stay again.

Great Place / Great Host / Great Location

Malta is fantastic and Andrea is a wonderful host. There are a few stairs to reach the flat but pretty easy. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, tidy, comfortable with very fast W-Fi. Thanks again for a great stay

The property was nice, and in good condition, and clean. It is also a great location, a walking distance from most of Valletta places. Yet there were a few things not quite clear in the listing that I'd prefer to know prior the booking rather than learning on the spot. The aircon is quite loud, esp in the bedroom. It was also humid inside the property, thus, must turn on a dehumidifier (VERY loud) every day. Also ALL windows face the blank wall, and balcony faces an opposite building 1 meter away. At the end of our stay we saw a cockroach too. Not to mention their snack basket that was mentioned in their welcome pdf but never showed up.

Quiet Oasis In the Heart of Old City

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The Unit was well set up. It was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into deciding what was needed to make the unit work well from the perspective of an actual user. (No clutter of knick knacks just to make the place look "homey" like many rentals.) Andy met us at arrival and spent some time getting us acquainted by providing much information and a map. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable yet on an alleyway just metres from the water and a hundred metres from the action. Thanks Andy.

Best ever VRBO

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Andy's apartment. It was everything we needed -- great location, clean, well-equipped and just the right size for 2. Our host was stellar. He answered all my questions quickly before we arrived (as well as providing a welcome book) and followed up by doing the same when we were there. He added extras that made our stay even more than we expected -- water, extra towels, adding coffee and expresso cups to the kitchen, and other things we requested too. He even made a special trip to the apartment to explain how to operate the washer and oven light/fan. His restaurant recommendations were spot on, and his tip for Cool (an Uber-esque ride service) was really helpful and saved us money. I can't recommend Andy and his property highly enough.

A lovely Trip to Valetta

We had a lovely 6 days in Valetta. This was our first visit to Malta and we were so glad we made the trip. The apartment was first class with all the amenities you could wish for. Andrea was a great host catching up with us to check all well and offering advice on how to make the most of our visit. We visited Mdina, Sleima and the 3 Cities enjoying the sites of Mdina, a coastal walk in Slieima and a full day visiting Fort Augustus at the 3 Cities. Valetta is a real gem and we were so glad we opted for a stay in the capital. So many sites to see and the architecture was absolutely breath taking. There was so much more of the island to see but we made the most of the capital spending mornings, afternoons and evenings strolling through the streets just in awe of it all. In summary Malta is a gem of an island, Valetta a fantastic capital and the apartment very well appointed and ideal for a couple wishing to take in the sites which are if not on your doorstop a bus or ferry ride away.

Stop Looking & Start Booking

Amazing property. It’s Valletta, so needless to say, walking distance to everything. The property is impeccable. Clean, comfortable, welcoming … best property we stayed at during our stay in Malta. Well “stocked” … soap, cleaning products, cofffe, cookies, clean towels !!!! Self check-in and self check-out which makes life so much easier. Our host, Andrea, was amazing throughout our stay. He was available and always offered to assist us. We’re pretty much no maintenance, but it was comforting to know Andrea was there to help if need be. Would stay here again without hesitation. 10/10

Séjour parfait au cœur de La Valette

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable, propre et fonctionnel à peine à 10’ du centre historique. Rien n’y manque et Andrea, notre hôte, est aux petits soins et a pris le temps de nous aider à préparer notre visite de l’île avec ses précieux conseils !
