Come and spend your next family/friends vacation in style at this new construction home at Canyon Lake. Located conveniently just minutes away from tubing at the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River; less than a mile to the Canyon Lake Dam, and just a 5 minute drive to the boat ramp; 3 miles from The Preserve - it is a perfect setting to relax and enjoy with family and friends.

Highlights of this two story 5BR/ 4 1/2 bath are; master suit with attached bath down stairs, and 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of dining space for 8 plus an additional 4 extra seats at the bar counter. The house also features a bar area with ice maker-machine and mini fridge.

Covered patio has sitting lounge area, table, a six burner gas grill so you can enjoy evening cookouts; and there is a fire pit for you to make some S’mores and relax.

This home sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. 10 adults or 8 adults + 4 children fit very comfortably.
King size in master, Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and full bunk beds with a trundle for additional sleeping.

Don’t forget to visit nearby attractions like, Whitewater Amphitheater, local restaurants (Granny D’s has some awesome breakfast!), Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and Gruene Hall Historic District in New Braunfels to name a few.

Stayed here with 2 families, 10 total and we had room to spare. New construction, everything you need in the kitchen. Awesome location, beautiful decorated. Definitely coming back

Excellent accommodations for our family for our daughter’s wedding at The Preserve at Canyon Lake. The home is about 5 minutes from The Preserve. It is an absolute beautiful home with plenty of space - nice big kitchen with everything needed for entertaining. It has a very nice and large back porch, fire pit and upstairs balcony for spending time outside. The upstairs balcony has a beautiful view. The lighting choices for exterior and interior give great ambiance for whatever atmosphere is desired. The bedrooms are large with great closets. The instruction book is very clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the Modern farmhouse decor, the comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen as well as the patio seating. The floor plan is great for several couples or a large family. The separate bar with ice maker was great for our pre and post wedding celebrations. The property is ideal for those going to a wedding at The Preserve.

Friends Weekend

Every summer myself, my husband & a group of friends take a river trip to the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake area. This was by far our favorite home to stay in. Beautiful construction, great location & amazing views. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home

This was a wonderful place to host our mini family vacation/reunion. Fit 9 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Everything was clean and as advertised. Directions were clear and never had to message the host about any issues. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Canyon lake/river trip

This house is absolutely stunning!!! It has everything you need and simple instructions of how to leave it. We would definitely rent again. The location is perfect!! A quick walk to the dam, a five minute drive to the marina, and a 10 minute drive to put in for a river float. It made our trip perfect!!

Beautiful Home!

Perfect home to host my son and daughter-n-laws baby shower. The house and location defiantly look better in person than the pictures. Plenty of space, kitchen was well equipped and it was just beautiful! Very clean and welcoming. The home owners were very accommodating in any questions or requests I had. I will defiantly recommend this home to anyone.

One word…. Unbelievable!

This house completely surpassed our expectations. Very clean, very modern, and very big. Incredible kitchen (I loved every second of cooking in it). Would 100% rent again for all of these reasons in addition to easy river access and access to towns like Gruene.
