Only Steps to the Beach! Immaculate Townhouse in Sea Bluff

Delighting our guests is what keeps some families coming back to us year-after-year! We take every care to create a luxurious environment for our guests which includes two HDTVs, cable, hi-speed wireless Internet, free long-distance and many other amenities -- including a 2-car detached garage and guest parking on the street. Please be aware: Peak weeks must start on Saturday at 4pm and end the following Saturday at 10am. During peak season from July through August, we will not break a week.

We're just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego. Relax on the deck and listen to the ocean or enjoy one of the two community swimming pools and tennis courts.

This is the perfect vacation getaway for family or friends!

Excellent adventures

The house was just as they said it would be. The salt water pools were perfect for us as a family and you can’t beat the community for the sunsets! One shower was not draining well but after talking with the Carol a plumber was called and the issue was resolved while we were at one of our adventures!

An amazing and unforgettable experience!

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this Seabluffe townhouse, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was no ordinary vacation rental. Situated right on the edge of the pristine coastline, the gated community offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The private beach access was a major highlight, allowing us to enjoy the soft sand and clear waters just steps from 2 separate stairways at the edge of the property. The property is also conveniently located near charming seaside towns, with plenty of dining and shopping options. We were able to walk to coffee/doughnuts for breakfast or dinner several days. We had great communication with our gracious host Carole. She was responsive to us immediately and provided clear, detailed instructions. We would love to visit the home again!

Everything we needed - and more!

We absolutely loved staying in Carole's beautiful home. We had stayed in this community before, but this was our first time staying in this particular unit. We love how close it is to the beach as well as the pools/amenities available to guests. The home had everything we needed - and then some! Carole was a dream in terms of communications as well. We will be back!

Beautiful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, close to the beach and other attractions. The owner provided a detailed map for ease in locating the property, along with detailed instructions for our stay, and suggestions for nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

Nice place!

We had a great time at this townhouse! Very nicely furnished & maintained with a lot of nice touches like beach towels and chairs. Beds were very comfortable. Small snafu at check-in with the code but not long to remedy. We were surprised the beach was not walkable (too rocky) but we probably would have known if we'd researched more. Very nice grounds in the complex and we enjoyed the south pool & hot tub which were warm enough even though the weather was a little chilly. We bought pickleball equip and had fun playing on the courts. Nice people all around the complex. Would stay again.

Best Encinitas Beach Stay!

We were so fortunate to stay at Carol’s Beachhouse for two weeks. My husband and I have two little kids (3 & 5) and my parents stayed with us for a few days. As others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. Extremely spacious, very clean, well stocked and very homey. Kids: toys, beach buckets, kids craft table, and perfect little room with two beds. It is awesome that there were new books to read. The stairs down to the beach were not that big of a deal. The community itself is extremely quiet, which is great for our kids to run around on their scooters. Location: there are a few things to walk to, but most a quick drive or bike ride away. The location is truly perfect to hit up the many beach towns, great hiking, so many different beaches and the main San Diego attractions. You will be grateful that you stayed here!

Excellent home, owner and stay

This is a lovely home very close to the stairs down to the beach. Located in a complex with awesome amenities. The home is very comfortable inside and has been remodeled. The 3rd bedroom is tiny and got quite hot even in November. Plenty of fans provided though. Owner was spectacular, flexible and easy to communicate with. The only thing that is a small nit would be for softer towels. I think perhaps there were no dryer sheets used so they were rough. Other than that it was a stellar home to spend our Thanksgiving in.

Peaceful beach retreat

My family loved our beachside vacation. The location couldn’t be more perfect, walk to the beach or just a couple of minutes from shops and great restaurants. Quiet and peaceful community, well kept lawns for kids to play, easy walk down to the beach, swim in the pool. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. The home is well stocked for cooking and going to the beach. Carole was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to return!

Great property for kids

We loved staying at this beautiful home, my kids had their own space and so did we. We had plenty of space to hang out inside and out. The location has easy access to many CA attractions and we loved visiting downtown Encinitas. The property manager was responsive and friendly and there was a detailed instruction/welcome book in the house.

Happy stay in Encinitas

Great place and location for a family vacation. We all loved the pool and hot tub, the condo was very comfortable, even had books and small craft table for children. Plus, it had everything we needed to cook for the 6 of us while we were there. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, yet close to all the beach action.

The best place we've stayed in Encinitas

We loved our stay! Everything you need for a beach vacation is available. Plenty of towels, blankets, beach towels and chairs. The community is super quiet and the beach access is very close! Location is right between Encinitas and Carlsbad which is exactly what we wanted. We can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful!

Everything about our stay here was beautiful from the location to the color palette of the furnishings. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host providing all the "extras": beach towels, shopping bags, fans, night lights, even the multi-outlet on the nightstand. They thought of everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Bright and spacious!

Our week in this townhouse was calm and dreamy. The condo was clean and bright and its location couldn't be better - Sea Bluffe is right on the beach, an easy walk to the sand and we could hear the waves at night. It was well-stocked with a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, and beach chairs and toys in the garage. Carole welcomed us and was easy to reach with any questions.

Safe Haven

After a most difficult year, we were finally able to reconnect with our grandchildren in California! After long searches for a location to feel like home,great location and comfort, I luckily found Carole’s listing in Seabluffe! It was perfect in every way for our visit! Carole was lovely to deal with The condo was perfectly located to our family yet provided us with a feeling of vacation when we needed it. The pictures do not do this rental justice. Everything was provided for a wonderful much neede visit with our family! We will be visiting this lovely Seabluffe townhome again!

Great stay by the beach

We had a wonderful time at Carole’s home. She was the perfect communicator prior to our arrival and made sure we had all the information we needed. The kitchen as well equipped and we had everything we needed for a great week. We loved being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards supplied in the garage. We were at the beach every day and also played pickle ball ( we had our own paddles/ balls). Unfortunately the reservation system made it difficult to use the pool but we knew that going in so it wasn’t a big deal. Since we were there a holiday week it just was busier probably than normal. Overall a great getaway to the ocean!

Wonder condo and location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean and well stocked and in close proximity to awesome shops and restaurants. We loved walking to the beach everyday! Will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay with just a few steps from the beach. Carole is a great host and very attentive to guest's needs. Would definitely come back for future vacation in Encinitas.
