WALKING DISTANCE to scenic Shem Creek, a recreation area with great selection of restaurants/bars/cafes. House is mins from airport & downtown, centrally located to 3 great area beaches. Convenient to all services. Property managed by Royall Stays.
The Space:
Guests will love this home because it’s walking distance to the old village and a 1 min ride to Shem Creek. Guests can use the entire property with outdoor areas with a propane fire pit as well as the front porch.

We love this area because we are close to (1) Shem Creek, (2) the Old Village & Pitt Street Bridge, (3) Mozzo Deli, (4) Nico restaurant, (4) 2-min drive from Patriot Point Links Golf Club, (5) A quick 5 min ride to Sullivan’s Island Beach….
Getting Around:
Getting around is very easy in Mt. P. First of all if you like to exercise walk to and through the Old village is fun. To get around you’ll need a vehicle but everything worth seeing and doing are just a short <5 mins away. If you’re looking for a night out or to spend some time downtown you can easily call a Uber/Lyft for a straight shot to King St.
Other Things to Note:
This is a 2 master room house with king beds and ensuite bathrooms both downstairs and upstairs.
