This spacious home offers a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the main floor, along with a full bathroom and laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, custom millwork, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second floor also includes a hallway coffee and wine bar nook, two additional king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ground-floor courtyard—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa for flexible bedding. East 44 comes with one designated parking space for your convenience.

Our family had a wonderful stay and the house was well equiped with evertyhing we needed. We loved the location and the hosts were very responsive. Wonderful house!

Great Place To Stay

This property was perfect!!! Very clean, very close to everything. Just what we needed for my husband, myself & our 3 teenage granddaughters. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it. We had no issues so we did not have any reason to contact the property manager.

Lovely home and great location

This was the perfect location for walkability to downtown shops and restaurants.House is beautifully restored and very comfortable. Everything needed for a stay is included in the home.

Clean and upgraded, spacious, equipped with everything you need Great location, however lots of late night noise (bar across the street), early morning deliveries, trash pick up, busy street, traffic including buses presented difficult sleeping if you’re a person who needs quiet.bring ear plugs!!!

Work Trip

Very close to the convention center where our conference was. Enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to give us recommendations, help us when needed, etc. I would stay here again.

Sisters Retreat

We had a wonderful stay shopping and eating in downtown Charleston. The house was beautiful and well furnished. There were some parking issues due to other houses not following parking rules but the owner/manager promptly responded and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in downtown Charelston. House was close to everything we wanted to do. Short drive to the beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Cutest house with a great location!

I booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. All of us girls were obsessed with the house. It was clean and bigger than expected. The amount of bathrooms was amazing so we weren’t all on top of each other. Location was great and very walkable. We would all highly recommend this house and are dying to go back!

Bachelorette girls weekend

The home was great for our bachelorette group of 8 women. There were 4 baths so that was perfect. The only couple of things that we missed was a full length mirror and the water pressure in some of the showers was very low. Great location

Mom + Spring Break Teens

Took my daughter and 3 of her girlfriends to Charleston for spring break and college tours. House was perfect! Girls loved it, I did too. Street traffic was noisier than expected throughout the night. Otherwise, great all around!

Great Weekend Getaway with the Girls

Came to Charleston for a 40th birthday celebration with the girls. This house was perfect! Lots of space to hang together and bathrooms to get ready in. The beds were super comfy. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the late night music at the club across the street but it sure did provide for a lot of great people watching from the balcony. I’d definitely stay at this location again if the opportunity arose. Very clean and the staff came out within 30 min to replace a battery in the smoke detector when it started to beep. Great times!
