East 44 is a beautifully restored historic home located in the vibrant Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood. Just steps away, you'll find local favorites like Chubby Fish and Island Provisions, charming boutiques such as The Tiny Tassel and Hermosa Jewelry, and King Street just one block away.

This spacious home offers a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the main floor, along with a full bathroom and laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, custom millwork, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second floor also includes a hallway coffee and wine bar nook, two additional king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ground-floor courtyard perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa for flexible bedding. East 44 comes with one designated parking space for your convenience.

Wonderful home in a wonderful location! The beds were incredibly comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and showers for our group, and the kitchen and living room were great places to relax - as well as the upstairs side porch. Parking for one car is so convenient right behind the house and the host was very helpful in helping to secure local parking for a second car. I would definitely stay here again!

Home is beautiful, clean,great amenities was close to King Street and all the things to do in Charleston. The property managers were very responsive and extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

The location was prime and the house suited all of our needs for our trip to Charleston. There has been some wear and tear of the house since the photos were taken.

Great location. Part of a 4 building collection. The only single home. The only hardship was just one parking spot for a 4 BR home. Other than that, the property was in good shape and the patio areas were fantastic.

The host was very helpful and communicated fast and efficiently. We enjoyed our stay and the house accommodated 7 adults and one teenager on the couch well. I would say 8 people would really be the max you could fit comfortably. The house was located in a very walkable location but the construction was not great. It was very loud, noisy and messy. We ended up with a bolt in a tire so be careful around the area and definitely use sound machines to sleep. Overall the house was great and the host were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely recommend this house.
