My family of six had the best visit. This was our second time to this property and plan to come again in the future. Highly recommend for a beach front family vacation.

Enjoyed our time. Feel that the unit needs a complete update. Kitchen cabinets are in need of a cleaning and new paint. The carpet was very dirty especially the stairs

The location of this property is excellent! We loved the pool and the ocean front access. It was also a short drive to get to the pier, the park, restaurants, and putt-putt in Ocean Isle. The condo, itself, needs updating (paint, trim, cabinets, etc.) and a deep clean. Additionally, the balcony repair project is still going on and will for several more months. The balcony on this unit was not being repaired during our stay but the noise from the construction was rather loud throughout the day. All in all, the space worked well for our family of four and the other issues did not stop us from having a great week.

We loved the views from the balcony and the ease of access to the beach. It was a busy building, and there was construction happening during the day on the other half of the condos, so it was not quiet, but that's not the host's fault. The property was not in great shape, definitely used as a rental and not a condo that is upkept. The floorboards were dirty, my son found candy and used lip liner under a table, and there was hair and dust in the corners. The walls were also pretty dirty/ banged up. It could use a little TLC. You do have to bring your own linens and I'd recommend bringing your own pillows too, as the ones in the master smelled of sweat. We would stay in the building again (after construction is complete) and/or on the island again, but would not stay in this particular unit.
