Well furnished and very clean. Every part of the rental is well utilized.
Kitchen table can fold away when not in use, and features built in closets and cabinets.

Cozy space with everything you could need for your stay. Enjoy wifi, a bar area to use, TV, coin op laundry in the basement, air conditioning, heated floors and towel rack during the cooler months, a double head shower, and a private patio for the unit. There is also a common larger garden space available.

Great stay

Portland is awesome, the house was in a great location, nice neighborhood and really conveniently located to an abundance of restaurants

Beautiful old home and tastefully redecorated

We selected this location for the architecture of the home and were not disappointed. The interior was remodeled and reminded me of a European flat. The shower was an absolute wonder! Very nice patio.

Good location, very clean and modern

The space was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. My only gripe would be that the mattress was quiet uncomfortable.

Great location

My husband and I had a great time staying at this condo! Excellent location right downtown, we explored for 3 days and there were endless places to shop eat and drink within walking distance. The place was nice, but felt like it could use more attention to detail with cleaning and the bed was not very comfortable. However the shower was very nice and the apartment was very spacious with beautiful natural light. We would stay again because the location was so great!

Bitter-Sweet

Beautiful, well maintained, comfortable; however, loud noise every night from one of the adjoining units was very disturbing and it was impossible to relax.

Great Place to Stay in Portland

Property was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Communication with host was fantastic.

The foyer to the building has an unpleasant smell. This location is very convenient to restaurants. The bed was not especially comfortable. The host would not consider rescheduling our trip when we had a health issue in the days leading ull ok to the trip Parking is difficult, and the listing is clear on this point.

Memorable stay!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The place was charming, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for a morning walk to the Farmer's Market as well as the waterfront. Antonina was immediately responsive to questions and great to work with! We will definitely look at returning for a future visit!

Excellent stay in great location

Safe neighborhood with excellent shower, bed and amenities. No issues with check in or check out. Parking can be somewhat tricky but once we figured out parking at Grant or another street - we were all set. Highly recommend as you are a few feet from some of the best restaurants such as tandem, empire, Lazarri, hot Suppa and many more. Antonina was excellent too - flexible and very responsive.
