Great location!

We loved our stay in Munjoy Hill at Mark's VRBO property! It was super clean and modern and in a fantastic location. We were able to walk all over the city from here! Close to so many great restaurants. It was also super private--loved the little deck off the back and the changing leaves. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This apartment was very clean, modern, and fairly private, located on a quite street, but still close enough to walk to shops, cafes, breweries. Only about half a mile from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Apartment hunting

Great location, walking distance to great food,drinks, and parks. Easy to get in and out of the location to look at surrounding neighborhoods. Overall enjoyable stay.

Good place for couples

The property was described perfectly. We loved the location and the neighborhood was quiet. We were also able to walk over to the old port. Would stay here again !

Easy access to downtown Portland. Forage, which is just around the corner, was outstanding for breakfast.

Fantastic place. Huge windows with views - including of the water of in the distance.

Hosts were great. Quick to respond and make suggestions for places to eat. J’s oyster bar was great.

Awesome property, amazing location and great weekend away.

Rode up with the wife for a long bday weekend and the property and location were perfect. Mark is a great hose and gave us some awesome local recommendations. Really clean, comfortable and modern apartment for a refreshing getaway! Would definitely rent again.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Portland

Property was modern, comfortable and spotless. As this was our first time in Portland, we were unfamiliar with the city but this location is close to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Great place, great location

Loved our stay here in Portland's east end. Five minutes to vibrant restaurant scene, 15 minutes to Old port. Place was bright, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Great option

This property was a great place to stay as it was close to everything and very clean. Mark was very accommodating and helped us with snow storm info as I’m from Florida and don’t k ow what to do with parking bans.

Great apartment, perfect for a couple. Building is brand new, apartment is well-designed, modern, bright. Location in Munjoy Hill is terrific - quiet street, easy street parking, right around the corner from Washington with great restaurants.

Prefect Stay

The apt looks brand new and is very clean. Beautiful large windows in the family room and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had everything you would need. After a fun day of exploring it was the perfect place to come home too. Easy drive to Old Port, Victoria Mansion and Cape Elizabeth. Would stay here again.

Portland Base

My Wife & I have stayed here twice during our weekend trips visiting our son who lives in Portland. We prefer the Munjoy Hill neighborhood as it is close to everything but outside the touristy areas of Old Port. The space is modern, clean, well appointed and has a terrific view as a bonus. Mark is a great host and communicates well. We'll be back.
