It’s a beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We did have a few issues but the host responded in a timely manner to address them.

It's a cosy waterfront house. Our stay was very comfortable. Kids had fun playing in the backyard and boating on the water inlet. The property is well maintained and clean. Our host, Andrea, was very responsive to resolve all our issues. The only discomfort we faced was that we had to carry our garbage with us. We were not prepared for that. But overall we had a good time.

The cabin is very well presented and has a lovely veranda with views of the sea. The facilities are you excellent and Andrea is a great host.

Relaxing getaway!

This is an amazing property with its own beach and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a very relaxing weekend and would highly recommend to others.

If you want to enjoy a nice big, well-equipped, old-timey Island summer cottage, and don't mind road noise, this place would be perfect. It has a lovely view with the eponymous Kingfishers as well as Herons, Eagles, Hummingbirds, numerous songbirds and an Otter family to delight you. Deer browse in the back yard and it is well-stocked with firewood for the big, efficient, easy to use fireplace. I would have given it 5 stars if it had been farther away from a busy road.

Great vacation on galiano

The house was lovely and in a convenient location. The bay is a bit murky for swimming but great for paddling and there are lots of nice swimming beaches a close drive away.

Fantastic girls getaway

The 3 of us loved our stay here. The place was cute amd cozy! Especially loved the wood burning fireplace. This place is perfectly situated in walking distance to ferry, shops, restaurants , and trails.

Very cozy and comfortable cottage equipped with everything you’d need. The water was lovely and warm for swimming when the tide is high. Convenient location close to the bakery, general store etc. we loved our visit to beautiful Galiano!

The cabin is located right on a quiet bay a mere 3 min walk from the village centre. It is perfectly located for easy access to the island's highlights. Watching local wildlife from the cabin's windows is the perfect way to while away many hours.

Home away from home...

We loved our stay on Galiano at this homey cabin. It had everything we needed and was in the best location within walking distance of the book store, bakery and shops. Would highly recommend it and definitely plan to return!
