A beautiful post and beam house on 4.5 acres, surrounded by forest backing onto Mt. Norman Park. Large, open dining/living areas with panoramic ocean views.
Queen size bed in master, double bed in second room and queen bed in loft with additional pull out foamy bed for kids.
Contemporary well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.
A large covered ocean view deck spans the width of the house plus a 12 x 24 uncovered deck off the kitchen with patio table and chairs.
The Hot Tub is situated next to the house surrounded by trees overlooking the ocean.

Perfect stay for our group of five adults.Well-equipped house, outstanding view across the water. Other amenities too - hot tub, baroque. Good location as a base camp for kayaking and hiking the Mt Norman trail. Two lovely bedrooms and a spacious open loft area. Outstanding place to stay.

Beautiful house and location. A deck full of chairs to sit outside at night. Beautiful wood, very comfortable, quiet. Lots of towels! Really enjoyed the sound system for music. wonderful place for family to gather and reconnect and play. Hot tub under the stars. Grateful to Mike for easy communication and use of this house

Great Family Getaway

Multi generational family getaway on a perfect weekend. The house had everything we needed and was an easy drive to all our favourite places on the island. The hot tub was a nice addition to other places we’ve stayed.

Great get away

We spent 3 lovely nights at this property. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as evenings by the fire. Easy and prompt communication with the owner to answer any questions. Would be happy to return in the future!

Loved the hot tub

We had a great 5 days on Pender Island. The bed was comfortable and the house was great. We had some trouble with the door code, but there was an actual key we could use. Communication was fast and easy.

Wonderful place

Great view, very well equipped and furnished tastefully. The architecture is superb and the loft is a great addition. Nothing has been forgotten for the guests' comfort.

Peaceful and spacious. The deck is phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a treat too! Host was prompt with communication and everything went smoothly!

Beautiful!

Great place overlooking the water! It was a lovely house in a quiet setting. We could have sat on the deck all day but we did get out to explore the cute coffee shops and go for walks in the parks!

Beautiful home with great views

We had a very enjoyable time staying at this beautiful home. The views are spectator, The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The island provided us with great hiking, kayaking, views of wild life off the front deck, and lovely weather.

Wonderful house with a beautiful view!

Loved staying here. Great views of the ocean, quiet, close adjacent to Mt Norman trail, and really interesting house design. Also enjoyed each evening in the hot tub! Host was super responsive and friendly. Thanks Mike!

Well stocked nature hideaway

This was by far one of the most well stocked rentals I have ever stayed at. Mike was awesome… there was an issue worth the hot tub and he sorted it out within a day. Great place to stay… I highly recommend it!

A little slice of natural paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was extremely well stocked, the location was great and the view was incredible. We sat out in the hot tub every night and looked at the stars. Our favourite thing was watching all of the wildlife right in our back yard. We will be back!

Beautiful home and location

Such a beautiful house, wood beams and floors. 3 bedrooms. Very well stocked kitchen, hot tub was hot. Wood stove well stocked with dry wood. Lots of hooks everywhere for coats, clothes, towels and more. East communication with owner. A very comfortable and enjoyable home!!!

On a Mother's Day trip to Pender, we fell in love with the beauty and peacefulness of the Island. We enjoy exploring the numerous beaches and coves. In 2003 we built our dream home. We love to escape the busy city whenever we can to recharge!

We built this house on a rocky ridge to capture the spectacular views. We love the post and beam structure with lots of windows and skylights to let the sunlight in. Our favourite time is enjoying coffee on the deck watching the sun come up in the morning, and boats sailing by.
