Spaciously updated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just seconds from the beach and built for the perfect family Oregon Coast experience. With one king, four queens, and four twin beds, it comfortably sleeps 14+ people. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, one bedroom on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms at ground level. With a large kitchen and living room, as well as a very spacious game room downstairs, there is plenty of space and comfort for entertaining. A few other perks are WIFI, flat screen TVs, a ping pong table, great water pressure :) and parking for 4 vehicles.

This Beach Retreat is on a quiet, dead end loop with close beach access. Soothing ocean sights and sounds along with fires on the beach, crabbing, fishing, and a private walkway to the beach all make this the perfect location and house for your Oregon Coast trip.

Well-equipped kitchen, great family room for the kids, a great deck for relaxing in the evening, and we loved the short walk to the beach down a sandy path. It was a great place for our family gathering with our kids and grandkids!! Also plenty of sand toys to take to the beach

Perfect house for a special family getaway! One block from the beach with easy access to what felt like a private beach. Something for everyone on the house during our downtime - arcade and long long for the kids, card games for the adults, and a giant kitchen to bring us all together for dinner. We will definitely be back!!

Overall we had a great stay, it was very close to the beach, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had just about everything you could want or need. The only thing that was an issue is that the two bedrooms TVs wouldn't work. Perhaps not a big deal for some but we had folks that enjoy watching TV before going to sleep and they were disappointed. It's a beautiful home overall.

Using the suggestion from the host - we actually seated all 13 of our 3 generation family around the dining table - a plus for us! The house was nice and clean, two washer/dryer combos were available. The hot tub was a huge bonus after playing on the beach and in the very cold ocean! (Of course rinsing sand off first!). Julie was cheerfully helpful with all our questions & needs. We had a great time.

The home was very clean and well kept and had lots of character. Plenty of sleeping place for everyone in our party of 10. Four adults six children. The master bedroom upstairs had a fantastic sunset peekaboo view of the beach. Main floor has an obstructed view but still able to see lots of ocean and beach. Lots of space for everyone in our group to hang out and visit, play games, share meals, watch movies. The downstairs has ping-pong, video games and an entertainment center for the kids. Very convenient that the bunk bedrooms for noisy children are far away from the master and main bedrooms up on the third floor. Huge kitchen with tons of room for multiple people to help or to just sit and chat. Beach access was a two minute walk from the front door. Our families had a wonderful time and we couldn’t stop talking about when we can book this house again. The host was so generous and even allowed us in early. Can’t say enough great things about this rental. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful place full of all the necessities and comfort! We had 3 families staying and it more than accommodated us comfortably. The beach access is so convenient and made for the best memories.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this family friendly beach house. It has everything you need for a great time. Our host, Julie is very available whenever you need something. There is plenty of room, the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to feed a large group, and it's very close to the beach. Our family loves it and we will return.Thank you so much!

Tons of space in this home and the master bedroom was a great space to relax, read or watch the weather outside. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of counter space too.

My family and I had a great time in the house because of its close location to the beach, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, there were lots of amenities for kids, the beach and cooking!For improvements: the decks, lower patio and picnic table needed to be cleaned as there was mice feces all over on them; before I Bbq’d some chicken I preheated it for 10 minutes to clean it with the brush. When I came back the BBQ was engulfed in flames from the inside accumulation of grease and food. I immediately pulled it away from the house, shut the gas off, let it burn out, cleaned the grill and then grilled my teriyaki chicken. It worked fine, no damage done but it was a bit scary there for a few minutes. The family and I agreed we would stay there again… if and when there is a next time!

Lovely home in a lovely place!

We had everything we needed in this beautiful property where our family of twelve spent four nights and three days. There were perfect bedrooms for everyone and lots of open space for the whole family to be together. We all loved our time there!
