Spaciously updated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just seconds from the beach and built for the perfect family Oregon Coast experience. With one king, four queens, and four twin beds, it comfortably sleeps 14+ people. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, one bedroom on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms at ground level. With a large kitchen and living room, as well as a very spacious game room downstairs, there is plenty of space and comfort for entertaining. A few other perks are WIFI, flat screen TVs, a ping pong table, great water pressure :) and parking for 4 vehicles.

This Beach Retreat is on a quiet, dead end loop with close beach access. Soothing ocean sights and sounds along with fires on the beach, crabbing, fishing, and a private walkway to the beach all make this the perfect location and house for your Oregon Coast trip.

We are in love with this property

We rented the property for the week of Christmas. Everything was perfect. Then mother nature threw a hard wind storm at us Christmas night, and the power went out, and was out for approximately 12 -13 hours. We were preparing to leave and the power came back on.The owner's are extremely helpful, and very nice. The entire family loved staying at this beach house, and we will be back again!

Rockaway on Pine Beach Loop

Our family found the home to be everything we needed for a 5 night stay over Thanksgiving. The house is large! Bedrooms are separated and private. Children/teens had a terrific play space on the lower level. Adults were able to cook and watch football on the main level. Kitchen worked well for our large group. I didn't hurt that Rockaway was sunny with little wind for our entire stay. Great spot!

You should stay here

We loved this house! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, it was located conveniently near the beach (about a two minute walk), and it was big enough for us to not feel like we were on top of each other, even with 14 people. My eighty-year-old mother didn’t like all the steps, but we dealt with it just fine. Rockaway beach is my new favorite city on the Oregon coast, and this was a great place to enjoy it.

Felt like ocean front property!!!

Everything about this property was inviting and gave you the sense of home!!! Just a short walk away from the beach that gave you beach front vibes!!! Everyone in our family had a great time from my 8 year old to all the adults! Also George next door was amazing abd very helpful!yeartadults

Fantastic Stay

This was our third trip to Julie’s place in Rockaway. We keep coming back as a family because it accommodates our large family. It has large and separate living areas, a spacious and well stocked kitchen and dining area, and good sized bedrooms for all the families and kids. The home is always clean and they continue to do updates. The proximity to the beach is amazing and it is far enough from the crowds in town that we see very few people on the clean and flat beach. We’ve made this a summer destination for 3 of the past 5 years and we’ll continue to return. Julie is a great host and cares about her guests. Thanks.

Great place!

This place was great for our annual family trip consisting of 3 children and 9 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including two electric griddles). Julie responded right away to questions. Would definitely rent again!

Big Place

Lots of space in this house and they had just about everything you need for a great experience including double washer/dryers! Very short walk to the beach. Host had good communication.

Beautiful house walking distance to the beach

This is a big house in a small neighborhood community with a very short walk to the beach. The appliances are new and work well, and there were tons of towels, blankets and kitchen utensils. One thing to note is there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and one is a through room to get back upstairs. Another thing to note is the next door neighbors are friends with the owners and help if anything goes wrong. The downside to that is we didn’t feel like we had much privacy or anonymity, as he regularly watching us when we came and went. One time we were asked to be quiet, when it was another home with kids outside playing in the afternoon. This neighborhood watches out and reports back, that’s for sure! Provacy aside, it was great for our group and would recommend this home.

Wonderful place

Another wonderful stay at this Rockaway gem! 5 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of dishes and cookware, large refrigerator and another downstairs in a great game room with ping pong table and video games plus little kid toys. Plenty of beach chairs and toys and a cooler for beach trips. Lots of towels and beach towels. And another plus, shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom plus plenty of TP and paper towels…something I appreciate and something that fewer rentals are providing.

Perfect time with family at the beach!

We had a great time staying here! There was plenty of room for all of us and it was real close to the beach. We couldn't find the pack n play and the host was quick to get that resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Great home away from home for our my mom, my brothers and their families, and mine! Perfect location - away from the crowds, but close enough to shops. The large kitchen was awesome for meal prep and serving. And the beach only being a quick walk away was icing on the cake. Highly recommend Julie’s house to anyone with a large group/family of any ages!

Wonderful family stay

This was the perfect place for our 3 families to vacation together. Plenty of space for everyone and things to do in and around the home. The ping pong table was a big hit with everyone - kids and adults. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Oregon family reunion

Had a good time at our family reunion at this location in rockaway. The beach was just a couple min walk from the house. Enough beds for all of us. No AC but rooms had fans in them. Basement rooms are humid, and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Loved being in Oregon, thank you!

Memorial Weekend 2024 family get together

Had a great time here, We loved the easy and quick access to the beach. If we were not out seeing the local sights(Tillamook Creamery, Blur Heron, Cape Meares Lighthouse, Tide Polls, Crabbing) we were at the beach, The house was great and had space for all 13 of us(7 Adults and 6 kids ages 4-14). The bottom floor was perfect for a, "Kids Hang Out" as well as the starting point for each day to get out and get to the beach. Many Memories have been made staying here, We thank you so much and were already talking about doing it again.

The Great Beach House

This house is huge and easily accommodates our family of of 13. The kids enjoy the roomy sleeping quarters with play area, TV, and their own bathroom. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with anything you need to fix your meals. My family thinks its the best house for us!!!

60th Birthday Celebration

Our entire family traveled from Idaho and Washington to stay in this lovely home for our mother’s 60th birthday. It is very spacious with updated appliances and a very very short walk to the beach! The beach that you walk onto from the trail is sandy and clean and there’s no need to walk up or down to find a nice place to settle. Beautiful views with some stacked rocks and lots of seashells! The hot tub was very nice and clean, in fact as we were checking out it was being cleaned out and refilled for the next guests. It was raining most of the time we were there but we still explored Rockaway and the surrounding areas when we could. The Rockaway Beach Old Growth Nature Preserve was a beautiful mile and a half walk easy for all ages. The Nehalem Bay Jetty had some amazing views and tidepooling! When we weren’t out and about we hosted meals for the entire family in the home, played games at the table, the kids all had a great time in the basement/garage playing ping pong and Nintendo 64. The ONLY negative thing about the house itself is that when every room is full, you may have to walk through a room to access the upstairs without going outside and around. Because it was raining the whole time we didn’t always want to go outside so we frequently had to go through another persons room but we made it work!

Beautiful place

Loved the house and location, we booked here solely because it had a hot tub and it didn’t work for us for 3 days so that was a bummer. Hopefully they can fix that for the next group of people. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, house is large and gorgeous. Would stay again if the hot tub works

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was perfect and the beach in front of the house is great. Lots of room for our friend group and the kids enjoyed the basement to hang out in. We would stay here again.

Family trip

Great place. Great room for our family to get together and spend quality time. Plenty of room. Awesome accommodations. A minute walk to the beach. Aounds of the waves crashing all day.
